Noel just moved in, so she is busy at work to make it hers. The food is AMAZING!! Seriously the best crunchy taco I have ever had, and the burrito was outstanding, loved the red and green sauces reminding me of New Mexico where Noel lived at one time. She is talented and the food is so good!! Generous portions, the burrito is large enough to share. To go or Dine In, can’t wait to see what she does with this space.

We have been wanting to try this place after hearing so many great things, so finally got out here for lunch. First off, the owners Jarred and Noelle, were amazing!! They were very kind and interactive with us, including my 2 daughters. The restaurant itself has so much potential. I love the wooden accent throughout , and the massive fireplace. Now.. the food… I can first say I appreciate a place with a small menu that can focus on what they are good at! That being said, their tacos are amazing! Nothing like I’ve had, New Mexico style? They are so delicious! The wet burrito looked amazing too but unfortunately due to my own gluten restrictions, I couldn’t try. Im really confused about some of the reviews, they almost seem targeting without cause. My girls both gave them 10/10. Thank you both for a great experience, we will see you soon:)

We deliberately drove to Noelle’s today for lunch while we were out for a hike. This was our first time having a meal there, and we were not disappointed. We had the burrito at the restaurant and took the tacos home. Both were delicious, we absolutely loved the hatch chiles and the taco shells were the best we have ever eaten!!! This is not the typical taco gig. Noelle’s expertise with hatch chiles makes a yummy meal!
Noelle and Jared are outstanding people who have a passion for cooking and feeding people. We thoroughly enjoyed hearing their story and learning about them.

Noelle’s Crunchy Taco is a nice little place with very attentive owners. The crunchy tacos are amazing and I highly reccomend them!
They are New Mexico style and are very different than tacos that you’d get from all the other trucks around that we have around here.

OMG so good and the taco’s were stuffed with so much meat! A great value. Love tex/mex/Santa Fe flavor a great change up! Great value and the owners are lovely people. They are just getting set up and the atmosphere will get better once they have more time. I’ll be back for sure!!!

There’s a real pattern here, Jared. We saw this when you were here in Florida and you are doing the same thing out there. Instead of concentrating on your business, with reliably good food and consistent hours, you spend your time picking fights with your customers. Instead of accepting a constructive comment, you immediately attack and then will delete the comment/and review, whenever you can. Your Facebook page has only glowing reviews (many sound like you or Noelle have written them yourselves), but we know that you block anyone online who dares to ask a question or say something you don’t like. You complain that you are being treated unfairly and that people don’t like you… maybe look in the mirror to see where the problem lies.

The business owners are constantly saying that they are being targeted in The Dalles because their food is different, when in fact it’s how they respond to people online. It’s out right rude and unprofessional. Not to mention the photos of the food look terrible.
