I came here recently and got a wing combo said they didnt have boneless even though it was advertised on the menu? Fine. ended up getting bone in wings, got home and there was a hair baked into the chicken, gross. Ended up going back for a refund and its been almost 2 weeks and the manager said it would send back to my card within 3-5 business days she lied and seemed not to care. Now i’m still out of 18$ for a bone in wing combo will never be returning here again.

Hands down definitely a taste worth the drive! Even when you can tell the restaurant at the moment might of even been under staffed, with only fact that people unfortunately just don’t wanna work anymore. The employees as well as the service was still A1 and honestly food well worth any wait. I put my word on the line when I say my experience is always a pleasure.

We were in the area and decided to try this place out since we had heard great things about them.
I ordered chicken fingers & my husband ordered a hamburger. Pretty basic, right? Not. We sat in line for 15 mins to get our food. No one ever came to the window to explain that they were running behind or to explain to us it would be a minute. The line was super backed up and people began to leave.
My chicken fingers were luke warm straight out of the bag and were very chewy. We thought to ourselves that it might have taken a minute because they had to cook my food, but that was obviously not the case.
Over $30 later and it was completely disgusting / a waste of our time.
Turns out we were told that they “used” to be good when they first opened, but have since gone down hill.
What a shame.

Went through the drive through and got a chicken tender salad. Luckily being pregnant I inspected my food only to find the chicken pink and raw. Maybe that’s why they didn’t put the dressing in the bag.

I will not be back sweet tea is always unsweet. The food is always cold even tho it takes them 30 minutes or more to give it to you this place sucks and needs to be shut down I also got food poisoning from them once.

The wait time is ridiculous! At least 15-20 minute wait in the drive thru. And it’s not because the line is long, they are just that slow.

I’m town for the VW show nearby. Stopped here on the way out. Reviews seemed a little harsh but there seems to be an issue with undercooked food, something to watch for.
Place looked clean enough but the 94 sanitation rating did give pause before ordering. We each picked a burger. The only issue we had with the cashier was an unexpected question (at low volume) about a single or double after having started the sandwich and side. Didn’t know what he meant at first since we didn’t understand double sides and the menu mentions / shows nothing about double burgers (it was single or double patties on the burger).
The fries are the coated kind (no thanks) but the onion rings were quite good. Burgers were both fine and as ordered.

V Business Account
A solid 4.5 star place. Food is pretty good, sometimes problems with order but they always are nice and fix it. (Example, wrong milkshake flavor, they made a new one and let us keep the mistake.)
Way better than Rick’s across the street.
Suggestion to owner: Offer boba-style straws for milkshake. The normal straws are useless. Cook Out switched to boba straws and its great, do the same.

Long wait, we live 7 miles out of town and don’t want to drive all the way back, so I’ll eat something at home. Barbeque sand was good. The hamburger however was really uncooked. Meat is “red”! Cook needs more training. Wow.
