The staff are friendly but not attentive. Maybe they were just having a bad day. I mobile ordered a nitro cold brew and some egg bites. I arrived to pick them up around the time expected to be ready, but neither was there yet which was fine. So I sat and waited. It was 9:30 on a Saturday so not too busy. 15 minutes later still not ready so I asked. Turns out they had my order but the nitro was broken so they just did nothing. Didn’t put out the egg bites or an empty cup as a flag to me. Didn’t check why someone was sitting there waiting so long, which some other Starbucks have done when there was a mixup. There is room for improvement

It took 20 minutes to get a cafe latte (default) grande size. It was very busy.
The drive through is always packed. Parking is quite hard: I get to managed to park only when a car is leaving.
It was not too loud as many people work or read here.

Nice and cozy Starbucks with easily accessible parking spot. Found some loyal customer enjoying their morning routine. I needed a quick coffee, took around 25 minutes unexpectedly but it’s understandable.

As usual, Starbucks did an exceptional job preparing my beverage. Got some hot coffee after a busy day. Also got a snack to go along with it. Everything was good, and the service was exceptional as usual. The Baristas I came in contact with were extremely friendly!

Beware of incorrect wait times with FOOD specifically. Drinks were estimated 7 minutes for completion. They got completed on time. They marked our order as done on the app. When we walked in, our food took over 30 minutes to complete.

I was door dashing tonight and went through the drive through where I was ignored, so I tried to go inside and the door was locked. I assumed they were closed, but I still had an order to complete so I wanted to talk to someone. After I tapped on the window and showed them my DoorDash screen they shook their head no. I understand they were closing, but I had to resolve this order issue and needed closure proof of the store bc DoorDash requires it. So I had to follow protocol, call the store which they ignored and take a picture of the outside of the store closed. I felt like such a creep doing it but it’s part of the job. I wish they were trained to handle simple customer service tasks but instead they acted like they couldn’t hear or see me outside. Just handled very poorly.

Do not mobile order here or at least don’t go to the drive through I had ordered a hot drink with whipped cream and waited a half and hour for the order which I get it’s busy and it must of gotten finished when I was waiting in line my drink was definitely sitting and the whipped cream was all melted and it was not super hot either I feel like the quality of Starbucks has gone down so much

I have never once been to this drive-thru and made it through in under 30 minutes. Why?? I know there’s one inside target but PLEASE put another one on this side of town with a drive-thru option, or at least have spots for those who order ahead so someone can run drinks out to them. What’s the purpose of ordering ahead to still wait for 30 minutes in the same line as everyone else?
