This business has a BIG HEART and you should patronize it immediately.
California rolls = $5
Soy sauce = refrigerated
Miso soup = incredibly flavorful, I didn’t know it could be like this

Very charming, “made with love” feel. This is my new after-gym chow spot. The dinner combos are great, try the chicken. Know this: It isn’t an upscale dining room; the decor is down-to-earth, yet meticulously clean.

I have no idea how long this place has been open but it’s so good I will go outnof my way just for the sockeye salmon nigiri and tasty sushi rolls. I think it’s because everytime they serve it the rice is warm. With the rice tea and simplicity of their sushi it’s the best sushi in town and probably across Canada. I have not found better and I’ve lived across Canada.

We have been going here for over 8 years and I love it. The building is on the older side but the staff are inviting and warm, the food amazing! Our family favourite is the calamari roll! Even though we live in chilliwack now we still try and go once a month for our sushi fix

If you like wasabi, dont order from here, we got 4 rolls and a sashimi. We got about 1/4 inch ball of wasabi for the whole meal. Imagine trying to save money or skimp on giving an ample amount of wasabi. I was able to put wasabi on 2 bites of a roll and 1 piece of sashimi. The rolls had little flavor. Sushi is about art and flavor combined. the wasabi looked like fingers shaped it and the rolls had little flavor. My sashimi had wasabi and the stringed vegetable crushed in the plastic container edges and sticking out the side, It would have been nice to at least enhance my meal with a good amount of wasabi to make it more exciting.
If you haven guessed, i would have left no review if i had enough wasabi.
Im sorry i ordered from here tonight.

My lunch friend had only done take-out so today was a first experience dining in, my first time ever.
We had the whole restaurant to ourselves on a Wednesday which was nice as it’s not a terribly large space with 8 or so tables plus seating at the sushi counter.
Interestingly, our server and the sushi chef were Korean.

We ordered: BC ($6), Dynamite ($6.50), Teriyaki Chicken ($6.50) Rolls and Pan-Fried Gyoza ($6.50) all were 5pc orders.
Tea charge for two: $1.00
Everything was good and fresh tasting.

CC and Cash accepted (cannot confirm debit).
Located in a small strip mall with other food establishments, yoga studio to name a few.
Parking is sufficient.

Enjoyed our lunch here. Friendly service and good menu. Both the combo B and C were nicely presented, fresh, and tasty. Appreciated that they request customers ask for wasabi/ginger in order to minimize waste!

Ordered from this place through Uber Eats and we ended up ordering:
Assorted Tempura
Chicken Yakisoba
Chicken Katsu
California roll & Chicken Teri roll with Black Rice
Dynamite Combo

It took about an hour to get our delivery and off the bat, we had a missing item and unfortunately it was the Dynamite Combo – which was what I was looking forward to the most since it included nigiri.
Aside from the missing item, the tempura was great, the batter on it was a perfect ratio to the veggies and prawns and the chicken yakisoba and katsu was up to par with most Japanese restaurants we’ve eaten from.

The cali & chicken teri roll with black rice was a bit of a miss for us as the rice was moderately hard and didn’t taste like it was fully cooked.

Although this place wasn’t terrible, the missing item and the high prices for what you get was a bit off putting for me. Not saying that we wouldn’t try this place again, but we will definitely try other places before revisiting.

3.5. Never been here so went for the basics just in case. I like how in their Dynamite roll they had two prawns (vs only one with a lot of batter). However the batter or fried ness of it, tasted like it hadn’t been deep fried in fresh kill. Had that darker look where it has been re deep fried twice or thrice over.
The yam roll was so so, the yam itself was still crunchy and not soft or thoroughly cooked. The rice and seaweed are fresh.
However, looks like a nice and clean place. Staff are very courteous. I’ll be back as prices are reasonable! Oh and lots of parking.

Really good sushi and sashimi. Server lady was extremely nice. It was very quiet when we went on a Monday evening. We’ll definitely be back.
