My food was fine. But when i walked in the employees were fooling around shouting at one another and throwing things around. Sure its a dunkin but there should be some amount of professionalism and decorum while around paying customers.

Good service but they forgot my doughnut. Quickly corrected since I went inside. New person behind counter. Very busy, both counter and drive thru! Seemed organized behind counter. Pumpkin doughnut was good.
Update: Saturday/Sunday, 2020; Still busy, very busy inside and out. Associate charged me for the wrong order and I overpaid for a medium coffee ☕ and doughnut. Didn’t catch the mistake right away, especially since I wasn’t given a receipt. I went back the next day, and with my bank statement on my phone , I was actually given a bit more back in cash for a refund of the overcharge. They were very busy trying to keep up with demand and I don’t think the manager had time to correct the amount since she had already entered it into the register. I wasn’t hassled about the refund.

I love the staff her. This is by far my favorite Dunkins! They know my order as soon as I pull up and it always comes out perfect! If they don’t have a specific donut I want, they work with my in finding something else!

I used to come here a lot when I lived here. Back then it was terrible. The service was awful. There used to be a heavy lady who worked there always would give me attitude and be rude. The store would always shut down the ovens, blender, and other machines hours before close. Which I’ve worked at dunkin, you aren’t supposed to do that.
But anyways, to the point. I came back today hoping it would be better. Nope. They were still rude, and still had attitude. Got a frozen chocolate that was basically chocolate milk from how liquidy it was. And I put “ no whipped cream” on it. Guess people can’t read cause it had whipped cream. I politely acknowledged I asked for no whipped cream. I got rolled eyes come back at me with no apologize and everyone staring at me like I’m insane. Like sorry I pointed out your mistake but as someone who used to work at Dunkin not too long ago it’s not that hard to read the tickets. And if I made a mistake I always apologize and was never rude. Unlike these people. I’m glad I moved so I don’t have to come here again

Without a doubt the best dunkin’ donuts in new hampshire, maybe in all of New England. The management here does an absolutely stellar job of keeping orders going at a quick pace. Your coffee is always made perfectly, and exactly the same way that you order it, every time. I mean really, the speed at which they are able to move through a line of customers is staggering. This location really deserves some sort of trophy

I stopped with my granddaughter after church on Wednesday the 9th( today) it was 7:40. I asked if they had donuts and what kind … I got a “ we do t have any donuts “ answer…. Ok do you have avocado toast.. the boy YELLED “ WE ARE CLOSED”!!! Actually they were not to be closed for another 20

Awful service, no greeting when we came up to the window. Also, we were the only people in line in the entire drive-thru and it took us over 9 minutes to get two sandwiches. The woman walked to the window handed us our food without even any type of greeting. There were multiple people staffed inside as well so not sure why the service was so terrible and why we waited close to 10 minutes.
