My order from this McDonald’s was completely unacceptable. The fries were missing, the wraps had old, brown lettuce hanging outside and stuck to the wrapper label, and the nuggets were hard and looked old. I ended up having to call an Uber to go back to the restaurant, and the nighttime older manager refused to remake my order, saying she couldn’t. She clearly didn’t care about the quality of the food or my complaint. Completely disregarded everything. This is not good customer service or food quality, and it needs immediate attention.

Horrible service all around. I’ve given this place several chances before writing this.. it is the most unprofessional McDonalds I’ve ever come across. The orders always wrong and the young staff never has any real direction or management and it shows none of them know what they are doing. It’s complete chaos in there…
This last time I went I ordered a Sunday… now keep in mind I’ve been getting Sundays for over 15 years now from McDonalds… it was handed over to me in a small box with ice cream dripping from every which way. I asked for a cup instead, and was told that that they couldn’t. I could hear kids working in the background saying, just put it in a small cup for her.. but the manager said no. I asked to speak to the manager and she was the rudest person I’ve come across in a while. She told me that no she couldn’t give me a cup. Mind you at this point the ice cream is melted all over the box and dripping.. I told her I’m not putting that in my car, please give me a cup. She got so upset she turned red with anger. She proceeds to tell me how the small cup is way bigger than the ice Cream sundae and how it’s not the same size I told her we’ll just give me the equivalent. I’m not asking for more ice cream. I just don’t want it falling everywhere…
Look at the amount of ice cream she gave me and she told me this is the amount of ice cream that comes in a Sunday. I’ve been a customer for a very Long time I know for a fact this is not the Amount of ice cream that comes in a sundae she then proceeded to storm off as she threw the cup on the counter where it tumbled over and fell … the other employee had to pick it up.
Not once did she apologize she was extremely rude and I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate on Heather

Every time I come to this place it’s an issue and they always have a problem. I asked for fresh fries with extra salt & they gave me fries with no salt that were not fresh. They then asked me to pull up and wait which THEY ASK EVERYONE! All they had to do was add salt to the fries . I said no I can’t because I waited In a line of at least 6 cars ahead of me already and if I asked for fresh fries there should have still been some available on the same batch . The lady said she I’ll refund me and handed me cash . Then refused to take the soda back after giving me a refund full refund and said she was not allowed to take food back but she took the fries back from me so that was a lie ! These people are racist and rude and I will not be supporting this place ever again . So because they didn’t want to deal with me they called the police because they didn’t want to make fries or take their soda back after they refunded me . The time before that I literally waited 30 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers & had to call their phone for them to bring my food out which is why I refused to pull up to the next window to wait for fries and it was very clear she had it ready because she was serving the other cars

There is something that just isn’t quite right with the food here. Today I got a big Mac meal … the fries at this location typically don’t seem to be cooked long enough…and/or they taste like they are using old oil. Or they aren’t using the same oil as other McDonald’s. It just doesn’t taste like other McDonald’s. Or too many are not crispy….the big Mac bun seemed old and crumbly..the mac sauce tasted different/funny. It’s all very strange and disappointing.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I called before coming because the sign says 24 hours but it’s always dark. For starters I asked for 3 bundle meals with no salt on the fries. I received the bag of food. As I got the food someone turned the lights off to the parking lot. As I approached the stop sign I attempted to taste a fry and it tasted as if the old fries were just redropped in grease to make them hot not to mention there were only about 6 fries in each bag.The burgers were sloppy made and the chicken nuggets were cold. I will be reporting this establishment to corporate. This is unacceptable customer service!

If I could give ZERO stars or negative stars I would. I waited for a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal for over 30 minutes. I spoke with 2 people and never got my food. Eventually I just left and I had a very hungry 4 year old and just bought another one at a different location and ate the almost $7 worth of food, because I wasn’t about to wait for a refund either.
