I’ve ordered here and I have also picked up orders from doordash at this location. The staff are usually very rude. Will snatch receipts from you, boss you around like you work there, and I just had one staff member threaten me. The food is awful and always stale. The sandwiches only have a few pieces of meat and a few peppers, very stingy with their food. The sandwichs do not look close to the pictures at all. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Take your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere!

Food is actually good. But as of tonight, 10/13/2025 at 8pm, you lost my business! My son made my order and picked it up. 2 foot long grilled chicken. He decided to go ahead and get him the same thing.. made the order, it showed it went to YOUR store.. paid for it!! 12$ from my account.. goes to get it… WE DON’T HAVE IT, SOMETIMES THEY DON’T SEND THEM TO US…. I even went inside and his half broken English he claims the same thing… I get back outside and 5 minutes later the app said his order was READY. My son gets to the door.. bam, the order was CANCELED!! So he attempted to do the order again on ANOTHER card, yall took my money but refuse to do the damn order AGAIN!! So basically I paid 40$ for 2 damn sandwiches tonight!!! I’m not rich, now I am short on cash… that i DIDN’T have!!! All because of somethings wrong with your ordering app!. This was actually going to be our dinner tonight and tomorrow so we could take a break from nonstop working.. I guess you changed that plan and we now have to go to work tomorrow and make up what YALL took. FIX YOUR WOMEN’S RESTROOM THATS BEEN BROKEN FOR ALMOST A MONTH THAT I KNOW ABOUT!!!

Disappointed with Meat Portion
I ordered a ham and turkey footlong and was really surprised (and not in a good way). I ordered a turkey and ham. The meat was spread thinly across the entire sandwich. Just one strip of each going all the way down. When the sandwich was closed, you could barely even see the meat. It felt like I was paying for bread and veggies, not a meat-filled sub.
If this is the new standard at Subway, it’s incredibly disappointing. I’ve had better experiences in the past, so I’m hoping this was just a one-off. Either way, definitely not worth the price I paid.

I always go here because I live 8 min away, it’s just a very subpar subway IMO. The Indian guys are always rude, they are very stingy with the meat, they don’t speak much English and always try to upsell multiple times for cookies and drinks. As for the food, bread is fine, they’re always super stingy with the meat and the vegetables aren’t fresh. The pickles and jalapeños are always soggy and kinda moldy tasting I have no idea why. The onions are weird. I wouldn’t recommend it, but it’s convenient if you live close. The other black guy that works there is really nice though props to him.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Subway today! From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, greeting me with big smiles and asking how they could assist me. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, with a fresh, inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
When it came time to order, the staff were patient and helpful, guiding me through the menu and answering all of my questions with enthusiasm. I was impressed by the wide range of sandwich and salad options on offer, as well as the flexibility to customize my order to my exact preferences. And with so many fresh ingredients to choose from, I knew my meal was going to be both delicious and nutritious.

I can concur with the comment above me. I just went to the subway. The guy snatched the coupon out of my hand, looked at it and told me I could only pick from the subs that was on there, which was only like four subs the cheapest on the menu and he proceeded to tell me that they can decide what subs I can have and I proceeded to tell him the subway coupon says is for use in all participating subways and those are the subs I am not allowed to use that coupon for that’s written on the coupon so are you not participating in the coupons? He proceeded to tell me yes we are but we determine what sub you can get. I told him he cannot do that. He told me to get out of his store and never come back and that he can do whatever he wants because he owns the store not Subway.

Worst experience I’ve had in a Subway anywhere in the country. The employees had a serious lack of grasp on the English language, therefore I had to keep repeating my order. The one who was at the register looked disheveled, unshaven, and hungover. He just didn’t care what I was asking for, so I had to repeat myself three times. At one point, he was on his cell phone, and he was back on it before I finished filling my drink. One of the men did not even return my hello. I have met many people from many countries, and it’s clear that he doesn’t respect women. I ordered the new chicken salad wrap, and it was nothing more than watery roasted chicken. He wrapped the wrap so loosely that as I was eating it, it fell apart and made a mess. Who knew you could mess up a wrap?! I hope they improve their customer service skills and learn english.

I had the worst experience using coupon at this location not only did they not except the coupon the manger Yokey was awful to deal with and I called back Monday to speak with another manager and he said come get a sub but only ham or turkey is your option then I said social circle always excepts our coupons and he said go to social circle there is no way to call corporate I have sent emails with no response do not go to this location go there extra few miles to the social circle location they are so amazing above and beyond this location is foreign run and treat you like crap Jess at social circle is amazing she is the manager there and even tried to help in this situation even though she didn’t have to please don’t go here

The guy in there was so rude, he was having a full blown conversation and turned his back to me to keep chatting from the moment I entered.I had to say excuse me multiple times to get his attention. He stayed talking on the phone the entire time when I asked him about drink sizes, he ignored me and continued talking on the phone. I finally got fed up and got my own cup and made the drink only for him to actually yell at me for not picking the “correct size” when on my coupon it didn’t specify, I had no problem getting the smaller cup but when I did he yelled and berated me the entire time when it was time to finally exit this fresh hell before work ,he didn’t say a word to me, as soon I touched the door to leave,he continued his phone conversation. Very rude, no customer service,my sandwich was not made with love. You couldn’t pay me enough to go back.

So rude here!! Also, watched one of the employees ” wash” his hands under water for 2 seconds, dried them off with a paper towel AND USING THE SAME PAPER TOWEL TO BLOW HIS NOSE INTO and then continuing to dry his hands with the same towel!! Walked out. Attitude and hygiene is absolutely disgusting.
