I went through the drive thru at 9:56 am on 12/19/2025. Per my receipt, Sealynn took my order. I had to repeat myself at the clown’s head because she could not hear me. I ordered a drink and 6 donuts. Sealynn asked which donuts I would like, so I said to pick whatever she wants. She then told me to pull up. When I got to the window I had the joyous (sarcasm noted) privilege of encountering Fran. She stuck her hand out the window with a non-descript, small bag in it. I asked what it was and she said “Your donut”. I advised that I ordered 6 donuts. Fran sneered and said “She only charged you for one donut”. Within moments Fran shoved a box of donuts toward me and said (to Sealynn) “Maybe if she’d speak up you could have heard her.” Well, Fran, have the day you deserve.

Now mind you, the experience wasn’t “bad”, in fact the people were very nice.
However, there were two issues. The first one I will overlook and not mention. The second one is what kinda grinds my gears.
I have an issue with a poorly made sandwich that has melted cheese. When I find it slapped together without enough care to be sure that when the sandwich is opened, the bread isn’t superglued all crooked and the sandwich falls apart when you have to fix it. It makes for a less than good experience. Please note this. No anger…just disappointed.

We visited Dunkin during off peak hours but the drive through was busy. The staff was kind, patient, and customer-service oriented. There was an order of food that someone had ordered that wasnt picked up. Instead of tossing the food they brought it out for me and my kiddos to eat with our donuts at our outside table. Very thoughtful and the kids loved it! Highly recommend visiting

Should have listened to my wife. She warned me that this location was awful but I came here because the other location was out of blueberry munchkins (turns out this location was out too). My ham and cheese roll ups looked like they were prepared by someone who had completely given up on life (see attached picture). Both of our caramel flavored drinks had no signs of caramel flavor whatsoever. The one thing this location was fully stock up on? Horrible attitude. The girl in the drive through didn’t give us what we ordered, then rolled her eyes when I pointed out that we were missing items, she claimed I didn’t order them, I offered to pay for them again and she sighed and said she’d just “give them to me” even though I had already paid for them. Do yourself a favor and go to the other New Braunfels location, they care and do a great job there.

Thank you to Dunkin’ and the management there in New Braunfels who fulfilled a large donut order two mornings in a row and donated a portion of the donuts for our school’s Donuts with Dad event! The staff were kind and wonderful to work with, and the donuts were delicious and enjoyed by all. Thank you!

A sad excuse for a Dunkin. Service is bad. We didn’t get what we ordered…TWICE in one trip and more than once! On one trip the cream filled donuts were a complete disappointment. (See photo) This is not a review of one trip. This is from several trips and I have yet to be satisfied.

I would really like to start by saying. The morning crew is wonderful. I have been going here the last two years. Frances is so amazing and I love her attitude. Im at the point she knows my order just by walking in.
I do come at night with my son to get ice cream from baskin and I love their night workers. Always nice and quick to get my order in and out. I dont do many reviews. But I want to give a two thumbs up to the whole restaurant. Thanks again Frances

So my review got deleted somehow. Worst service by far. They were rude and refused to be helpful in explaining what hallooween donuts they had. When i asksd for a pumpkin face donut i got a pumpkin cake 🙁 and the spider donut wasnt what was advertised. Completed frustrated with service.
