Lovebird is a high quality, quick service restaurant, specializing in naturally gluten-free fried chicken that is made to order. Along with our fried chicken, our menu features a variety of sandwiches, salads, quinoa bowls, and sides. We do our best to cater to allergies and dietary restrictions by encouraging our guests to inform their server if they have any restrictions in their diet, and by offering substitutions, like tofu and gluten free wraps. Additionally, we have a sister store, Jules Thin Crust, who offers a wide variety of thin crust options and also works to cater to those with allergies and dietary restrictions.

We came to Lovebird in Bryn Mawr. Food was amazing! Service was great! We ordered a “create your own “ chicken sandwich: fried chicken, lettuce, pickles, cheese and lovebird sauce. 10/10. We also ordered the 2 piece white chicken with a side of coleslaw. 10/10. The chicken was very juicy and flavorful. We are definitely coming back! Highly recommend!

If this something ever happens to this place, I am going to go to a dark place. As a gluten free person it doesn’t get any better than this. The chicken is to die for and the seasonal menu is always worth trying (fried green tomatoes!!). In addition to recommending a chicken sandwich/wrap, get the fried pickles with lovebird sauce. Regardless of it being gluten free, this is just good food!

Let me start out by saying I’ve had celiac disease for 25 years. It is safe for me to say I’m amazed how much has evolved over the years. This is my first time here and it won’t be our last. The atmosphere was great! The gentleman who waited on us was very friendly and did not disappoint on customer service and recommendations. The food … OMG!! I’m completely impressed to say the least. The taste was there, there wasn’t that gritty gf normal taste, the chicken was tender and not dry, the sauces were amazing! Highly recommend!! We also drove 28 minutes home and the food was still excellent! Fresh and not soggy!

I’ve been here a couple of times for chicken sandwiches, Mac & cheese, and the fried pickles. They make everything from scratch here which I really appreciate. They use clean ingredients as well. The chicken is cooked well also. I recommend it for a healthier meal on the go!

Delicious food that is best ordered ahead for easy pick up or delivery. The dishes are prepared to order so it comes out fresh, hot and at its best. The decor is spartan but not cold. There are high stools under the shelf/table that borders the restaurant where you can wait or dine. They have an app and a loyalty program.

I can’t believe I haven’t tried this sooner. Everything in the picture is gluten free!!! Don’t underestimate the size of the portions either, i ended up taking all of them home. They offere gluten containing buns, but other than that everything can be gluten free. Highly recommend stopping by and trying some things! They use happy mixer bakery as their breading for their fried items, so you know it has to be good. wish it was more of a sit down resturant, but they had a bar type seating area which worked perfect for two.

For this area the prices are fair, and at least their poultry is sourced responsibly. The sandwiches, burgers, and wraps are all excellent with no exceptions. The fries however don’t uphold this standard, I was quite disappointed in the overly brown, cold, and weakly flavored fries. Besides my this, my order has been messed up twice now, and I’ve been given mayonnaise and bacon even when I had asked for it to be left out.

Food delayed. Thinking the food would be fresher. I was disappointed the chicken didn’t taste fresh. The bread was not sliced evenly causing the top bun being mushy due the sauce. Last time I ate here the food was much better.
