I really wish I lived here in Donaldson GA as The Rodeo Cantina and Grill is my new most favorite restaurant of all time. Everything is absolutely amazing. You MUST try this place. You will not be disappointed.

I enjoyed the food, best I ever tasted, I was happy with the food atmosphere, and waitress, what I wasn’t too happy bout is that some man walked over and took my plate with my salad still on it I wasn’t done with, and didn’t even say excuse me, or mam are you done, he just took it from me, I was letting my stomach settle fromy great food, and was planning on finishing my salad, but didn’t get to. I still out of respect for the waitress left a $5 tip, & told her thank you. I didn’t mention the man’s actions, because I didn’t want to make a fuss. But truth be told, it was kind of disrespectful for him to take my plate without asking, especially cause I actually wanted to enjoy the rest of my food.
This is a great restaurant, they greet you the moment you walk in. The waitress for our section, attended to us immediately. Clean bathrooms, friendly people.
Only flaws in my visit :
When I ask to speak to the chef I only got a reply ” no, maybe next time”. Where I come from giving a compliment to a chef is respectable, and a compliment.
The man taking my salad without asking, or saying excuse me. And some young lady (I think another waitress) laughing and being playful with the hosts bounce me around like rough housing playfully. Again that’s not proffessional conduct in front customers in a restaurant.
The waitress never ask me if I’d like a to go cup for my sprite, but she did bring one for my elderly mother. So again I didn’t want to make a fuss.
I recommend this restaurant for good eating, just be alert when letting your stomach settle that a man doesnt try to clear your table until you actually done with your meal.

Staff doesn’t smile at you, When you say hello, they look and keep walking, especially this one little short lady she always looks like she having a bad day. While ordering takeout, it seems like you have to wait longer than dining in, No one speaks to you once your food has been ordered as courtesy to check on your customers. The food is AMAZING+!!! THE DRINKS ARE BIG+!!!! Honestly, it’s the reason I keep returning because I love their Birria Quesa Tacos (pictures below are examples of the tacos I am referring too they are not the actual restaurant tacos, They are gone before I get a picture, The oil is delicious for you to pour over the rice and tacos, You don’t get much but you can stretch it out. You get plenty of meat, but I would request extra cheese because it falls a little short on the cheese. ” I dont like chips and salsa, but for some reason, I enjoy The Rodeos chips and salsa. I can just buy their chips, eat them all day, and make homemade nachos with them.

First time visiting. The long wait was due poor customer service. A table that arrived after my sister and I was served and we were still waiting. Only when we got up to walk out did the Amigo rush towards us to acknowledge… even that exchange was lackluster for making it right. The workers need customer service training. We give GREAT tips, but the bill was not on me, had it been there would not have been a tip– zilch. DO BETTER! The food was very good… perfectly seasoned, and tasty to the palate.

We stopped to eat lunch Sunday and decided to have their Sunday specials.
Not only was it extremely reasonable but there was so much I had to take half mine home to enjoy the next day
We liked it so much we came back for dinner Monday night and had their special. It was steak fajita, was again excellent. I wish we lived closer!

I was absolutely impressed by this restaurant and its employees. Most importantly the food was delicious. I had the taco Tuesday special soft tacos shredded chicken and beef and for 1.49 each they were incredible, the quesabirria was amazing as well. However the employees were awesome, each person that checked in on me or even that spoke to me were friendly and helpful and truly a joy to dine with. This was a wonderful experience, ill certainly be back. Do yourself a favor if you’re in the area give it a try.
