I stop by here quite often for a frozen coffee and the entire staff is always so friendly and attentive. They have some very busy mornings with donuts, pickup orders, etc. but the team appears to coordinate work very well together.
HOWEVER, as for Corporate, get an ice machine that isn’t broken every other week. It is frustrating to come in and you can’t get a frozen drink because the machine is down AGAIN. This is only reason for change from 5 star to 4 star.

They never get your order right they mistreat there newer employees and a shift leader I believe is Alyssa is very very rude to newer employees from what I’ve seen she sits back while they are in a rush with no help and she gives a lot of attitude when you ask them to fix your drink I’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes to the next Dunkin’ I’ve given too many chances.

I mostly go for an iced or frozen matcha latte. Growing up I remember their donuts were great, but now they are just lackluster. The same’ol same old. I guess they are just boring. They have taken away a lot of the good donuts. Like the one with that coconut crunch, and Bavarian cream. Speaking of cream, WHERE IS IT?? I CAN’T FIND IT?? The filled donuts only have a tiny, tiny, tiny, little itty bitty, little smidgen of filling now. Maybe I’m wrong but I remember when you used to bite into one the filling would squirt out, and you would have filling with every bite. And didn’t they used to have a lemon filled, and a strawberry filled one?
Anyway the service at this Dunkin Donuts is great. They are very accommodating. Every time I’ve been there it’s been a good experience, well except I’m still looking for my filling….

Excellent coffee brewed to order. Hazelnut and other unsweetened flavors are exceptional. One counter girls looks like Julianne Moore from 20 years ago. So pretty and friendly! All the help staff are helpful. They are patient with a 60 yo guy who still pays with cash at the counter.

Can’t believe how the little girl with the glasses to big for her face in their every morning doing NOTHING,stands there and talks down to and let’s that poor old lady struggle to count change and check a line out of 10 people while she sips on her hot chocolate. She has to be related or doing weird favors for the owner. Because I’ve finally had it after a few months watching this! And I won’t stop with just this review after this last time talking down to that older lady in front of customers. WHILE NEVER DOING ANYTHING TO HELP! JUST STANDS THERE!
