Very fast service! Food tasted awesome. Most fried rice now is just too bland, this place is at a different level! GREAT FRIED RICE! Tons of flavor!!

Still trying to find a good Chinese restaurant in Hilliard and decided to try Grand China.

Pros:
Flavor is good, with good sized portions in the entree.
fried rice had good flavor and tasted truly fried.

Cons:
sesame chicken was soggy and didn’t have a good consistency.
Hardly any rice comes with the meals, considering the portions.

Overall one of the better places we’ve tried here, but finding crispy fried Chinese food is next to impossible. However, we’ll be back.

I really like your chicken rice soup, wonton soup and beef with snowpeas..Great food for a fair price! Was very disappointed in the chicken corn soup..was excited to have this while I’m sick and it tasted like a ton of sugar had been added to it. Had to throw it out.

Great food. Great portions. Ordered pad Thai and beef lo mein, crab Rangoon. Lo mein is thick and flavor full. reminds me of noodles and company. Pad Thai is orange/pink not brown. Flavor is light, shrimp is GREAT size! Flavor being light and balanced allows egg, shrimp, chive, carrot and peanut to be tasted and not over powered. I’m not usually a fan of pad Thai that isn’t brown. This I like. Would definitely buy again. Crab Rangoon is filled proportionally appropriate. Good amount of crab, not just cream cheese flavor. Good stuff.

Honest employees. Made mistake and corrected it even tho I’d have never known because I didn’t ask for receipt. Hit “add” instead of “No” to order, created an up charge. Came out and made it right without me saying a word! handed me the extra money back.

Only thing I would like different is to be able to see in the kitchen. I think the curtain is down so that it keeps the A/C in the dinning. The kitchen is hot! So I understand that, I just like to see where my food is being made. But I enjoy sitting in cool air more!!!!

Prices are fair and reasonable for the portions provided.

Thanks for a delicious lunch and good experience today!!

A great American Chinese restaurant near the BMV. I ordered their shrimp Pad Thai which tasted fresh but a little too sweet. The size was fine with a reasonable price. Service was fast and the place was clean and warm.

The most value-for-money Chinese I’ve had in Columbus yet. Their cuisine is also exceedingly genuine and homely! Ample seating space, good service and parking space. Definitely try out the tea too!

I ordered Kung Pao Chicken for lunch. It was a beautiful combination of fresh and bright vegetables with juicy pieces of chicken. It Had the right amount of kick and the sauce was so flavorful. My favorite part of kung pao is the peanuts that help counter act the spiciness. Which grand china did not disappoint me and had a nice amount of peanuts in the dish! I also loved they used zucchini in this dish it was superb. Lunch is fairly priced at $7 a combination. I will be back to try more dishes !

1st time here… and I’m very disappointed in the quality of this meal. Orange Chicken. I only ate two bites and just couldn’t eat anymore, it just tasted fatty/chewy. But the rice was good

It doesn’t get much better for a local family Chinese place than this. I have been eating here for at least 20 years and it’s always tasty and fresh. The egg rolls and Rangoon are great. The Mongolian beef is a personal favorite but I also love the fried rice. A particularly amazing batch of pork fried rice inspired this review tonight. The prices are good and the service is great. Do yourself a solid and give them a try sometime.
