We had wonderful service here, and they were also so kind to my puppy and immediately brought him water when we sat down. I had a soup + sandwich + salad set which was delicious and perfect for lunch. I will definitely return here next time I am at the mall!

I’ve been a fan of the Neiman Marcus restaurants for years and the NM Cafe doesn’t disappoint.
My favorite is the ‘old school’ mandarin orange souffle which every NM offers. The tortilla soup is my favorite and better than what you find in most Mexican restaurants.
Service is always good and who can resist the comsume and popovers that Come with every meal.

Hidden gem! We were pleasantly surprised! Menu is simple but well rounded. Enjoyed the bread and broth before the meal. Very nice staff and everything was above board!

I don’t usually do reviews but I had to for this experience. I love Neiman Marcus cafe I have been coming for years and I always have a great time with great service. However this visit was less then pleasant. We sat outside and Micah was are server. First it took her almost 20 mins to get to us and when we asked what the hold up was she had an attitude and said well you see how busy we are when there was only 4 tables total. After that we finally ordered food after being there for 45 minutes and when asked for ketchup are server rolled her eyes like she didn’t want to work. Please get better servers the food was decent but her attitude ruined the entire experience.

This is my favorite place to dine in the mall. Good is always consistently great. The popovers with strawberry butter and consume is a fantastic start! The manager Garret is so warm and friendly! Ask for Ron or Benjamin’s section! They never disappoint! It’s my go to every time we are at the mall!

I had the most pleasant experience here the other day. Joseph was such a wonderful server. He was one of the nicest people I’ve had wait on me. The food is amazing. I absolutely love the popovers and the lobster club. I will definitely be back!!

Great… on the very rare occasions they’re ever open when I’m at the mall. Honestly I don’t know how a food business IN A MALL (*with a bar* no less) thinks it’s ok to be always closed on Sundays, and as I just learned yesterday, close on weekdays at 3pm.
I was excited to enjoy a late lunch and showed up 10 minutes apparently too late.
Either commit to being a *real restaurant/cafe/bar* or just give up and cease taunting us with your dysfunctional and chronically disappointing presence.

We had a wonderful lunch today! Benjamin was great! Personable and attentive! His recommendation of the tuna melt was spot on! Thank you for a great early Mother’s Day lunch! Oh! And the little mother day cookie at the end was so thoughtful!
