Wonderful small-town burger joint! Smash burgers, homemade buns, and very creative menu items. The Triple Double was awesome! BEST fried pickles I’ve ever had. The decor is a simple country feel, we loved the barnwood accent wall and large ball jar glasses! We came on a Saturday @630, they were steady-busy. Service was quick, apps came out fast, food was rather fast as well. Abbie S. was very pleasant, prompt with checking in, took good care of us. All around great experience for our 1st time, well done!

Fille was on point for the price. Choice steak butter basted and finished off in pan. Not bad. Nice crust for what it is. Critical: cold have been at room temperature longer and surface dried, prior to pan baste and serve. Ordered medium rare and hit that temp zone very well.
Shrimp cocktail was spicy, but nothing a stiff drink doesn’t compensate for……. man up???

Amazing food!! Service was great! The carrot dip and bun chips are a must to try as an appetizer. Seriously one of the best things I’ve eaten in years. I ordered the Sweet Heat Burger. It. Was. I cannot rave enough about the food here. Everything I tried was delicious. I was having a hard time choosing between the Falafel Burger and the Crushed Bean Burger so we ended ordered a falafel appetizer and the bean burger. Excellent way to have a taste of both.
The falafel balls were crispy and hot while the tzatziki sauce was creamy cucumbery cool. Now on to the main event. I’ve had my share of black bean burgers so I know that they can easily go wrong, which is why I was on the fence about ordering it. This one was 100% right. The patties were smashed thin so they had a nice crispy edge, the candied jalapeños added a sweet heat and the house chips gave it some additional crunch served on a chewy homemade bun.
I managed to steal a few of my husbands fresh cut fries and the only way I can describe them is that if you ever went to the Hoosier Drive-In (Huntington) in the late 80s these are just like the ones they used to serve. Definitely brought back some memories there.
It does seem like they are still working out a few kinks between seating and keeping the kitchen running smoothly so go in with an open mind and be prepared for a small wait. Believe me, it will be worth it.

This was my first time here. The food was great! I built my own burger and loved it. The bourbon mustard and avocado were delicious on my burger. I also enjoyed the cajun fries. Our waitress Abby was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back! We had a great time with our friends who have been here multiple times and love it as well.
