Me and a buddy went to the mug for the first time and sat at the bar. Both bartenders were counting the pull tab boxes when we got there which is fine I figured they were in transition so we waited. 10 minutes go by and I start leaning over the bar to get one of their attention and one finally came over to take our order which was bottled beer. She then proceeds to go back to counting the pull tab boxes without getting our drinks. Again we waited figuring they needed to get it done, no problem. Another 8 minutes or so go by a couple comes in and sits at the bar. The same bartender who took our order takes their order then proceeds to start making their drinks so we left without getting our beers. I understand if a bar is busy and waiting on a drink but this was not the case. We will not be returning.

I absolutely adore this little bar. I have been there a couple of times now and the service and quality have always been amazing. The staff do a great job and are always super attentive and welcoming. I just sort of moved to town and this will probably be my go to bar in town.

I wish I liked this place. It has the potential to be such a cute little bar. It seems like a place only regulars can go. You kinda get looked at like you have two heads when you walk in. The staff was fine, definitely weren’t abundantly friendly but also weren’t rude. The biggest issue I had was the smell. There is such a foul musty odor that I slammed my beer and left instantly.

The place was empty but the food sucked the bartender was slow and very inattentive but she was very friendly. The prices we also reasonable. So if you go for drinks,watch sports on TV you’re in good shape. If you want something to eat go across the parking lot

Wish I could write a review about the drinks or food, but we weren’t able to get any service. We left after several minutes of standing at the bar without service. I would understand if it was busy, but it wasn’t. It doesn’t take much effort to acknowledge someone’s presence, even if you’re busy.
