I live in Lockwood and had ordered delivery. A pizza, papadia, and some cheesesticks.
It was all fantastic. The papadia looked a little thin but it tasted fantastic so I don’t even care. I’m not joking when I say it was honestly some of the best pizza we’ve had in over a year. I even made sure to call and tell them how well they did.

Tonight, I came in to pick up an order that I had already paid for online. Upon entering the store, my party and I were not greeted, despite three employees being present and making direct eye contact with us. Two other guests were also waiting and were not acknowledged during this time.
While we waited, the store phone rang multiple times and was ignored. After attempting to get assistance by saying hello, I received no response and had to ask a second time before someone finally came over. Even then, there was no greeting or apology—only a curt request for the name on the order.
When I asked the manager for his name, his response was particularly disappointing. Rather than introducing himself, he pointed to the door and stated that his name was “on the door.” This response came across as dismissive and unnecessarily power-driven, especially given the lack of attention being given to customers inside the establishment.
I want to acknowledge that this occurred on Christmas night, and I understand that working during a major holiday can be challenging. However, that does not excuse the absence of basic courtesy or professionalism. A business—especially one led by a manager whose name is displayed—should reflect leadership through respectful service and accountability.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received and felt disregarded as a customer.

Took almost 5 minutes to be acknowledged even though there was 4 people working. A kid with long hair wasn’t wearing a hairnet, hat, or it pulled back and he kept touching his hair and face with his ungloved hands and then people’s pizzas. Seemed with 4 people working only an older gentleman was doing anything.

Not impressed overall. Awkward when you pay for your pizza and afterwards they just slide it towards you without saying anything and walk away. The cheesy bread had several dough slices without anything. For $9 definitely not impressed.

To give this 1 star is sooooo sad! 1st of all order was made with huge bubbles and gaps of cheese missing as if it was a game to avoid the area. I asked to cashier who was very sweet to please re make. She stated that she mentioned it to the manager and got yelled at! The “general manager” Courtney came up And looked at it and rudely stated ” what’s wrong with it?” I told her I would like it fixed and she got so mad. I mentioned that her employee thought the same thing and you yelled at her. She turned red grabbed the pizza and threw it away! Then went into the back to yell at the employee before making the pizza. I wish that was the worst. She then had the worst hygiene! She touched the computer and her hair..yelled at the employees when they refilled the paper towels at the handwashing station!

Whoever is in charge of setting the time when to send a doordasher to pick up and order needs to adjust their time. They have it set to send a dasher immediately which causes doordashers to not only lose money but get a contract violation for the late pick up.
The store promises to have the food ready by a certain time. A dasher shows up and the food isnt even in the oven. It’s disgusting that you will take advantage of people trying to deliver your food. Shame on the management.

Ordered and picked up my pizza and when I walked in I was totally ignored and then when I got my pizza it was horrible! The toppings were not put on the pizza evenly all the meat was on one side of the pizza, nor were the toppings and sauce spread out so there was a ton of crust on a NY style pizza. The cheese stix barely has any cheese and were dry. Probably won’t go back to the heights store for pizza again!

This isn’t how pizza is to look like. And delivery driver dropped them or had them sitting side ways in the car, and didn’t even take the time to makes sure that the food wasn’t damage. Had to drive from the south side to get it fix and just to be told I have to wait 45 mins longer. Thanks for not caring and taking pride in your work. Will never order from these guys again.

As a Dasher this place is one of the worst in town. Always ten or twenty minutes late. They could adjust the app on their end so they have more time to get the order ready but they would rather take money out of our pockets
