Found Boro Burger parked outside Room 122 taproom in Beaverton. We ordered the jalapeño pepper jack and bacon hamburger. It was cooked perfectly, it was sloppy and had almost too much bacon if that’s possible. I love a sloppy burger. Dry burgers suck. We also had garlic tater tots, perfectly cooked with minced raw garlic on top. My only suggestion is to cool the garlic or some how applied differently. The raw garlic stays with you all night.

The food is just okay. The burger is really thin and dwarfed by the bun. Toppings are good, but the burger was mid at best. Garlic fries looked good, but needed more garlic flavor. Good crisp on the fries though.

Someone in our neighborhood arranged for them to come last night. Wow!! I had never eaten their burgers before, but definitely the best I’ve had in a while! Great service, excellent food, and they were totally on top of the social distancing. Very impressed. PS Their 337 burger is fabulous!

Boro Burger agreed to come to our neighborhood and they fed us all fabulous burgers, scrumptious chili cheese dogs, and all the garlic fries and tots you could ever want. They were on time, prepared, social-distancing prepared, friendly, and energetic. We loved it. Our neighbors loved it. Kudos to Boro Burger!

Boro Burger brought the food truck out to my neighborhood yesterday and I have nothing but excellent things to say about them. They were on time, served great food, provided excellent service, and they were busy for the 5-7 window of time they were here for.
Everyone in the neighborhood loved them so we will probably try to get them to come out again. Keep serving those fantastic burgers and dogs in the Hillsboro and surrounding area!

Oh my… I had their jalapeño, Bacon and pepperjack burger when they were setup at Avidity Wines. This was simply the best burger I have ever eaten. Juicy and just enough messy. Cooked and arranged perfectly and the fries are good, as well. Great job and I HIGHLY recommend!!

Oh…my…god. This wasn’t just any burger. It was an amazing experience and I did not want it to be over. I got the Gateway burger and it came with fries and a drink. The fries were delish too, and no skimping on the size portion. Absolutely love this food truck, thanks for turning an otherwise dismal week with this virus into a fireworks finish.
