I picked up a pizza from Ledo’s on October 24, 2025, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The pizza was undercooked, and the sauce had an odd smell, making it inedible.
I called the store that same day to speak with a manager, but was told none were available. I left a message on 10/24 and again on 10/25, but never received a return call. I called back this morning and spoke with Denise, who said the manager was still out and she wasn’t sure when they would return. She offered to contact the owner on my behalf.
Denise did call me back about 10 minutes later and said the owner would offer a discount on a new pizza. Honestly, that response was disappointing. When a customer receives food that isn’t properly prepared, a refund or a properly remade order seems like the appropriate resolution — not a partial discount on another purchase.
I’ve enjoyed Ledo’s in the past, but this experience with both food quality and follow-up customer service was far below expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their quality control and customer care process moving forward.

Order 2 pizza with extra cheese on both and another topping on each and they put absolutely no cheese on a large portion of each pizza. Pizza also has toppings that were not even ordered on parts of it. Just sloppy. Pineapple on an extra cheese and onion pizza. Pizza was cooked regular and even the sauce burned because no cheese was on pizzas. The top was hard dried burned sauce and the bottom soft. WOW, We order pizza often and this was a big Christmas Eve letdown for my family. Never again.

This Place is usually pretty solid but my ledo stromboli was not cooked thoroughly this time. Cold in the center and cheese not melted. I’ve just recently started going here again so after more visits with no issues I’ll update my review. I placed a call to the store to let them know about and correct the issue but I was already home and didn’t feel like going back out again. Pretty disappointed I could only pick around the edges.

This location needs to work on a lot of things , from hiring more people to customer service . My pizza was done wrong twice and in the end I walked out with a pretty much burnt pizza . Cashier had an attitude the whole time , was punching walls out of anger because he wanted the customers to understand that the cook was rushing and that’s why he messed up on all of our pizzas . It was the first time I’ve been in this location in over a year. The remodeling was nice, but the pizza and the customer service was horrible. Too much sauce, hardly any cheese, too many green peppers. When I came in to pick up my order, there was no one at the counter. Two different cooks in the back had to go find the lady that worked at the counter. My pizza was sitting there about 10 minutes before she came out to give it to me. Once I got it home, the pizza was cold.

Excellent pizza. The buttery crust was perfect. I love the square pizza. It fills the box nicely. The corner pieces are my favorite. I got the meat lovers. Every piece had all 3 types of meat on it.

our recent experience with Ledo Pizza was exceptionally disappointing, leaving us with a strong sense of dissatisfaction. We placed a substantial order amounting to $200, and unfortunately, our expectations were not met.
One of the glaring issues was the omission of the 2-liter sodas that are typically included when placing larger orders at other pizza establishments. It has been our experience that orders exceeding $50 usually come with complimentary 2-liter sodas. However, this was not the case with Ledo Pizza, and we were left without a beverage component for our substantial order.
Moreover, when our administrator went to pick up the order, he was met with rude and unacceptable behavior from the staff. Such treatment is inexcusable, especially when dealing with paying customers who have chosen Ledo Pizza for their culinary needs.
Considering the considerable amount we spent and the lack of basic courtesy during the pickup, we have decided that we will not be ordering from this particular Ledo Pizza location again. We believe that customer service and satisfaction should be paramount, and unfortunately, our recent experience has left us with no desire to revisit this establishment.
We hope that you take this feedback seriously and use it to improve the overall customer experience at your location. It is our sincere hope that others do not encounter similar issues in the future.

My most recent visit to this Ledo’s location was exceptional. My online order was hot and ready when I arrived. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive as they carefully packed my order.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our pizza, spaghetti, and sub. All of it was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. We’ll keep coming back to this location with great food and service like that. Job well done!

Ordered pickup on-line. My mistake! When I got there, it smelled like a dirty mop….Nasty smell. I took my already paid for pizza and passed out slices to people that were in the cold. I just lost my appetite. Never agin

This is without a doubt the worst pizza I’ve ever eaten, but it’s still pizza and editable, so I can’t give it 1 star no matter how badly I want to. Just know I’ve never paid attention to sports, but I will betting $ 50$ that maryland University loses to the huskies and, most likely every college game against the terrapins if their athletes are feed this cardboard. I pay for their safety as they consume this and their wallets because Jesus how are going to sponsor college students and have 10$ pizza smaller than a water bottle cap.
