We enjoy their food but last night (like many other nights) we were missing about half our order. We went through door dash and MOST of the time we are missing significant parts of our orders from ANY restaurant we order from- $10 hummus here $5 shake there- I think I’d keel over if somewhere accidentally ADDED an item we didn’t order!! THAT never happens but they sure do FORGET items we paid for virtually every time! It’s such a pain in the butt to call door dash and deal with getting refunded. People, just fill the orders in the first place. Very disappointing, yet again. We are probably $1000 in the hole for unfulfilled items over past few years. Seriously. Last night was even worse than usual. So much for eating today… I’ve got pita bread with no freaking hummus! Just posting because it’s frustrating and EXPENSIVE enough to begin with and surely I’m not the only one. We order out a lot because we all work multiple jobs with little time off and long and odd hours. Food service and delivery industries over all SUCK and aren’t doing us any favors! Actually don’t want any favors… I’d just like to consistently get what we paid for. Tazikis included!

I will not eat here again. The employees are rude and the food is poor quality. I’m here on a Monday night at 5:36 pm. I ordered my food as soon as I ordered they called my name. The potatoes were cold and the salmon didn’t look like it was cooked fresh. It looked reheated. When I asked that I wanted a fresh piece the Hispanic started speaking Spanish. I don’t care because I spent my money and I want good quality tasting food. This location is worse than any of the others I’ve visited.

I had the Taziki’s Lamb Feast with rice. I am usually pleased with meals I’ve had previously. However, tonight was, unfortunately, a very disappointing experience.
The lamb was dry and very bland. The Greek rice was also very bland as well.

I have been a loyal customer for years. Yesterday I had a horrible experience with an older man that worked there. He was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. He was working the phones and not once greeted me. I politely waiting for my to go order which I could see from the counter. Not once did he even acknowledge my presence. After about 4-5 minutes in line, I politely said “excuse me, sir” when he stated and I quote “im busy” . I’ve worked in customer service and I know how guests are supposed to be treated. I was extremely dissatisfied with how I was spoken to. I have no desire to go back to this location if I have to interact with him.

Worst experience ever order dinner tonight for my family. The food was awful. I’m a regular at Taziki‘s not this location. If I ever had a problem I was always told by management that they would make it right on my next visit. Had a problem tonight with my food Call in spoke with Teresa she told me that I could be refunded for the food or I could have it made over on my next visit. She asked me to hold for a second while she speak with her manager. Her manager came to the telephone. John was his name he asked me to bring the food back Never has I been asked to bring food back to Taziki’s. I was always told once you take it out they can’t bring it back in But I will most definitely take him this back I will be reaching out to corporate tomorrow.

Food is good and plentiful however I was so disappointed with this restaurant’s cleanliness. This needs to be addressed asap because as my family and I ate ,there was food and trash on the floor and this table did not get cleaned the whole time while we were eating , it was an hour. That’s a disgrace, so gross. Who wants to eat around this? All tables and the floor need to be promptly cleaned so that patrons can have an enjoyable experience.

app is terrible, if you finally get your food it never matches what is in the menu. you get 3 nuggets and they call that a kebob feast. forget about soft pita or feta cheese they hoard it for some reason. go to a different location

WOW what a disaster of an opening!
1 employee taking orders, 12 people in the kitchen area, 2 people handing out orders and not a single one seems to know what they’re doing. Absolutely no leadership is present to keep things organized.
I waited 15 minutes for my single gyro carry out order before asking the pickup staff the status of my order. To which the two employees looked at my receipt and said nothing. Literally didn’t say a single word in response. In that 15 minutes two families of 4 that ordered after me had their meals and we’re dinning in.
A couple more minutes go by and now 12 people are now waiting for their carry out orders. I notice an older man with a TAZ hat coming out of the back area and flag him down to ask about my order. He finds my ticket and asks the cooks to start my order. It’s been 20 minutes at this point and they had not even started my order….
25 minutes later I finally have my order in hand and am leaving. There are now still a dozen people waiting for their orders and the line to place an order is clearing out with people frustrated and leaving entirely.
After all this I get to the hotel and couldn’t be more disappointed. This is THE saddest excuse for a gyro I’ve ever seen. Anyone that’s had a REAL gyro carved from the skewer please don’t even waste your time here. It’s no different than the make at home junk you can buy in the grocery store.
If you are so compelled to try this place and intend on ordering carry out. PLEASE order it online or over the phone. I have witnessed first hand these orders for some asinine reason get precedence over orders placed inside. Even if dine in order tickets were moved back in the line behind online or phone orders.
