Wow. If your vegetarian do yourself a favor and Head West. There are about 6 different veggie subs with meat alternatives! Not just a simple veggie sub! Your missing out. They also have a bunch of meat subs too, great place to grab lunch with your friends or family.

sandwich was really yummy and really cheap. i got the chicken pesto and enjoyed it. i was scared of the sweet bread but it works. got a sticker and pin, imagine they’re trying to build a fan base. i hope they do successfully! no quality lost and you don’t find food this cheap in boulder. lots of options and vegetarian substitutes for almost everything! nice to see a veggie sandwich that’s not just veggies and cheese or whatever. thank you head west 🙂

Just picked up an online order and was pleasantly surprised with both the quality of the food and the interior of the place. Laid back, clean spot with some nice Dead & Co/jam band art. Fairly priced sub & soup that were both excellent– the menu photos don’t do it justice, honestly. Looking forward to trying more!

Great spot, good prices, solid addition to the Boulder sandwich scene. Fills the void for vegetarian versions of more traditional subs (veggie turkey, ham, Italian, etc), as compared to places like Snarf’s where the veggie options are more non-traditional. Only thing that would make this place better is if they could keep hot pepper relish on deck like a classic east coast sub shop would have. Either way, def coming back!

Yum!!! Huge vegetarian menu. I tried a couple different things: cold veggie and cheese, and the vegetarian “ham,” toasted. LOVED both! I will definitely be trying several more things, but just from my first visit I know I’ll be stopping by regularly.
