The service is slow and the food is whatever it is for the fact that it’s McDonald’s.
I had a terrible experience tonight. If I tell the cashier (the mgr) my order and she gets it incorrect and then after waiting over 17 minutes for my food and by then very ready to go, why am I met with an attitude as if I’m trying to get over for what ended up being the equivalency of a small fry.
Yes, my kids and I left the receipt at the table bc we were in a rush to get bag time but unfortunately when they opened the food in the car I had to go back to rectify the situation.
Synopsis: Rude and slow for absolutely no reason. There was 1 other person waiting for their food before me and 1 person after me. They weren’t busy with customers but took almost 20 minutes to get me a Grinch meal with chicken nuggets and a hamburger happy meal. What in the world! Crappy service is all they served me today!

Bad service, an angry manager. They are supposed to sell, not to put up obstacles when it comes to buying. They should have friendly staff, not ones that scare people. They should be more friendly if that’s what she’s paid for. 10/14/2025 7:15 am

You need to train your unprofessional staff how to be professional at all times, they don’t know who’s coming and checking on the business world, your staff today was very rude and very dis respectful, I made a small video, so I can show my boss, and translate what was said, just because we’re African American, don’t mean we don’t understand! Today is October 11, 2025, around 350pm. The whole entire staff was rude, we now live in a world with technology that can record behavior. The whole staff needs to be fired, I watched them the whole time, wasn’t good at all. I think I covered everything, Good customer service, this is not a good time to be rude and disrespectful, and speaking in your language!

I ordered on the app at 10:22 rushing to get there before breakfast. It confirmed it on the app. I got there and then look at the app and it said it was unavailable and I never got that notification at all and the ladies inside said that it was because I ordered it too late even though I ordered it almost 10 minutes before 10:30 so I just drove all the way up here for nothing

Very attentive to customers and as soon something was spilled they cleaned it and put a wet floor sign. Food was made to perfection and was warm when received. Would go back again 10/10.

Ordered a 6 piece happy meal on my way out ….got home and it was missing the nuggets. It was not busy inside at all. I get it people make mistakes. I guess you just have to always check your order before you leave this McDonalds.

Tables are dirty in most McDonalds. I understand staff shortage but you would think the manager would insist the tables to be clean and floor swept. Maybe McDonald is too cheap to cut employees. I do not blame the basic worker. Customers can be slobs as well.

I come in often to walk through Walmart and grab some food on the way out.
During my most recent visit I had an awkward encounter with the manager of the restaurant.
Had to repeat myself a few times and when I stated the quantity of what I ordered I was corrected and told that I was wrong.
When I finally paid I was notified that they had added and extra sandwich.
So when I stated that I didn’t ask for an extra they got irritable and made it sound like I was speaking to them incorrectly even though I was speaking in their native language
By the time I got to eating my sandwich I see that the lettuce was old and discolored. I’m hoping I don’t get sick from old produce but seems like you’re better off buying groceries.
