This is the 2nd time that my order has not been verified/confirmed with the correct name/order and now I have to spend more $, order again and wait longer. There should be a better system for DoorDash or anyone to pickup orders and make sure everything is correct prior to giving orders away. No one wants to go through the app again and get partial $ back and redo everything all over again.

Bubbakoo’s Burritos never disappoints! The food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what we were craving. What really made this visit stand out though was the amazing service from AJ. I had multiple orders to place, and he was patient, friendly, and super helpful the entire time. He made sure everything was correct and kept a great attitude even with a busy order. Customer service like that goes a long way—AJ was awesome and definitely deserves recognition. We’ll absolutely be back!

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, no one greeted us or acknowledged our presence, which set a negative tone right away. The service felt cold and unwelcoming throughout the visit.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for it. The flavors were bland, and the ingredients did not taste fresh at all. For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality and attention to detail.
Overall, this was not a pleasant dining experience. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others who are looking for good food and service.

The bowls are amazing and the pot stickers are top notch. Needed something quick for lunch and wanted to try something new. Incredible lunch spot and great flavors.

The Manager Nathan barely put any meat on the $14 meal tries to be in a hurry with the food without listening to the customer then wants to charge extra for the proper portion of meat just because I was trying to tell him to put pico de Gallo first before putting the meat on top he did fast and left a portion of meat behind, then he did not want to correct his mistake, and separate from that hair was also found on the food. 1. The atmosphere is amazing. Surfing/skating/extreme sports vibe. Reminds me of Southern California. Great music to boot!
2. The employees are so nice! As soon as you walk in you are greeted and when you leave they thank you for coming in. And the sincerity in their voices shows that they enjoy working there and really do appreciate the business.
3. The food! Yes! Sit down Chipotle and Moe’s, Bubbakoo’s is coming for ya! The most tender pulled pork with several sauces to choose from (I got garlic). Many favorite meal options to choose from (including a habachi steak and shrimp) or build your own bowls and burritos. It tasted like better quality food with more generous protein portions!!
Please expand to central/northern-ish Lake County. You’re my new favorite burrito place.

This place is the best in the area when it comes to this kind of food. They pack it so much that sometimes the boxes won’t even close. I always get the nachos and they never disappoint. Also, the workers are amazing, they are extremely nice and kind and always make sure you leave with the freshest food they can offer, if your hungry go to this place and support their business so more of them can open!!

For my non meat eaters the options are pretty much slim here. However, their Cauliflower bites are so mouthwatering good! Fries are bomb. But their veggie burritos ain’t the best compared to Chipotle Burritos. Customer Service was great and truly patient with our dietary restrictions.

Excellent customer service! You hesitate because of the plaza, but Bubbakoos is a great place! I’ve gone twice already and both times, during lunch and dinner was a fantastic experience. Keep it up guys! Love the TV videos to watch with the kids.

Very annoyed I order here all the time and once again my prefer isn’t right. I’m more annoyed because I was saving my food for tonight for work and finally when I go to heat it up I have black beans all throughout my food. I always order the same thing and make sure I click off on black beans because I don’t like them and all I see is black beans this was a waste of $16 dollars. I can’t even pick them out and eat anything because it’s fully mixed in. Just threw the whole thing out. Not happy
