This shop in particular does a great job with customer service. The staff is extremely friendly which isn’t always the case in the many locations they have around New England. Their morning manager is always energetic and is genuinely happy to see repeat customers. Yeah, it does make a difference to me. I never have a problem with my orders and if someone isn’t satisfy I see the staff make an effort to fix things immediately. You get what you pay for and I think this location really tries to go the extra mile.

Everyone here is very friendly! I’m only here weekday mornings to grab a coffee so I can’t speak for the other times of day. They run a tight ship and you don’t have to wait for orders long which is much appreciated when it’s the morning rush. Recently the coffee has been tasting burnt though Very conveniently located across the Waverly square commuter stops.

The staff and management are very friendly. There are 3 Dunkins in a couple mile radius of where we live and this one is definitely the best one. They prepare my order exactly how I like it and the managers always take a minute to see how my days going. Well deserved 5 star review!

I am forced to write a review because this place definitely needs attention. i went there a few days back in the evening with my 3 yr old daughter and the tables were not cleaned with a considerable trash left on the table. The floor was really dirty that required vacuuming the food and trash. I specially have to mention the men’s room. It was so filthy that I had clean the toilet seat about 5-6 times with a bunch of toilet paper before my daughter could use it. Never going back again. On top of it, the donuts were a little hard and croissants was not completely baked. The two people who were at the counter were just not bothered with this mess. It was not crowded at all. There were not more than 5-6 people inside. Overall, a really bad experience.
