I really don’t enjoy writing negative reviews, but I also know that honest feedback helps others. I love Jersey Mike’s, quite possibly one of my favorite places to get a sandwich. However, I would never go back to this location. If this had been my first time eating at Jersey Mike’s, I’d never go back.
I ordered through the app, there was something incorrect with both sandwiches to include even using the wrong bread. Both sandwiches were supposed to be “regular” sizes and one was significantly smaller than the other. The ingredients on the turkey sub were not fresh, specifically the lettuce was all brown. I looked at the lettuce in the store too and it was also changing colors.
The staff was not friendly and I felt unwelcome, unlike other locations where they greet you and are happy to take an order.
The one thing they did correctly was completing our order on time.
If you are reading this review, please don’t avoid all Jersey Mike’s locations. They have great food, but I highly encourage people to make another food choice if planning to come here.

Stopped tonight after finishing up some work! Sign on door said open until 9 I showed at 8:50 no big deal. Apparently they were ready to close early and was obviously upset I was hungry. I made my order very simple didn’t order the cheesesteak I was craving because they were cleaning grill already. Ordered turkey and cheese times two that upset them because they had everything put up apparently. Now because I am a regular customer which greatly enjoys an over priced sandwich and choose this place to spend my money. I will now order cheese steaks at night just because yall do not appreciate business. Very sad how they hate the jobs they have. See you soon. Thank you.

So I started ordering my sandwich at the register and before I finished paying someone had already started making my sandwich. He didn’t ask what type of bread I wanted, if I wanted it mikes way, or what size. Also, the employee at the register wasn’t familiar with the menu yet (I assume she was new,) which is completely fine but that’s why I didn’t realize that he had already started making my sandwich incorrectly because I was repeating myself to the lady at the register. The reason why he jumped in was because they got an influx of people and were trying to rush through everyone at the cost of messing up our orders. I didn’t feel comfortable asking them to remake it because it seemed like they were flustered and in a rush and I didn’t want to be a nuisance. Also, the new girl at the register squished the hell out of my sandwich while trying to cut it. The was my first time at a Jersey Mikes, and I have enough common sense to know that the whole franchise probably has better customer service than this, however I will certainly not be coming back to this location.

The blond, tall guy that was singing was really friendly. His customer service is exceptional and he bring so much positive energy to my drab evening. I was fumbling my order but he was patient and asked questions. The food was hot and tasty, definitely satisfied my Philly craving.

Being a vegetarian I hardly eat at Jersey Mike’s as they use the same slicer for both meats and cheeses. We were visiting the area and I was starving and they offered to clean the slicer for me to make a sandwich!!! You all are so thoughtful and fed me a delicious sandwich. I didn’t have to get hangry! This sub spot!!! SO good!! It has completely made me decide to switch from a well-known sub competitor to a loyal Jersey Mike’s customer. The place was clean, well-lit and had a great atmosphere. The staff were kind and welcoming. The sandwhich was DELICIOUS and made exactly how I ordered it. I have a slight allergy to tomato and the staff double-checked for me to make sure they got it right (there were no tomatos!). They were all around so nice and the food was excellent. This will be my new sub spot from now on.
