I’m not sure why the reviews are so high. Last night we had lobster rolls (hard bread and very little meat). Salad was good but the fries were cold. This morning I ordered a Diet Pepsi and it didn’t have ANY CO2 so I bought cans from the hotel lobby and brought them in the restaurant. Breakfast was cold. They were out of both sausage and bacon so we ate mystery meat which was good, but also cold. Night bartender and atmosphere is phenomenal but don’t come here to eat.

Dotted Line at the AC Hotel is a really cute spot! The vibes are awesome, and the drinks are solid—plus, they’re not crazy expensive. The staff is super friendly, which makes the whole experience feel even better. Definitely a great place to hang out for a drink or just relax. Husband had Patrol chilled and modelo beer. I had a traditional Mai tai super tasty.

Located in the new AC Hotel Honolulu in downtown, this place has become my favorite pau hana spot for drinks and light pupus with clients, colleagues and friends. Attentive service, nice ambiance, and live music starting at 4 p.m. Happy hour starts at 4 p.m. as well either drink and food specials. I’ll see you there.

The inside of the restaurant is very spacious with comfortable furniture creating a calm relaxing hotel restaurant environment which is very nice, especially after all day hustle and bustle.
Listening to soothing live music and enjoying my favorite mojito, shrimp Kinlaw ceviche, gold & red beet salad, and miso yuzu salmon is like being in a downtown oasis!

I had been there months ago for Pau Hana and the service was excellent. But on a recent Sunday evening, I took my sister and son for dinner at 6:30. There were TWO employees trying to run the restaurant — one server and one food runner. There is no way those two people could have done well, and they didn’t. For example, it took 20 minutes between asking for a dessert menu and having the opportunity to order dessert. By that time, we had lost interest. Prior to posting this, I wrote a private note to management, to which I received no response. Thus, I wish to warn you that service can be inconsistent. On a positive note, my salmon dinner, once it arrived, was perfect!

Went to lunch with a bunch of coworkers. The service was great until the end. Wasn’t able to get a desert menu or the check. The food was pretty good. Our table had the lemongrass tacos, steak frites, ceviche, burger, chicken sandwich, lobster roll and the beet salad.
The steak frites was really good and the French fries were great. My coworker wasn’t super fond of his salad but liked the steak it came with. Didn’t really get an review from anyone else. I remember the burger being almost $40 (bacon & avocado) so I hope it was great.

We’ve been here a couple of times for happy hour and love the bartender’s special HH cocktail creations.
Both times our server has been Aaron, who is super friendly, attentive and fun to have a quick chat with as he darts between tables.
TDL burger is delicious, and the pork belly appetiser is a must!

Unfortunately, parking is valet only for 15 dollars. I parked at Bishop Square and a whooping 31 bucks. Big mistake not to have parked at Alii parking on alakea st. Lessons learned.
