They got my order completely wrong and then couldn’t make it right. I ordered a grilled chicken salad with no croutons. They gave me a grilled chicken sandwich with extra cheese? I can’t eat that due to dietary restrictions, so I went back and asked for the salad I ordered. After interacting with a couple different employees, they tell me they are completely out of salads. They also cannot offer a refund because the employee who took my order incorrectly had left. (Not clear why that would prevent a refund.) So instead, they gave me a wrap, which I also couldn’t really eat and did not want. What a waste of almost $15.

The burgers at Campsite grill are so over seasoned and salty. The pizza is especially always awful, no flavor, no even distribution of ingredients, a few pepparoni or a few pieces of chicken tossed on.They dont care,
They just throw them together, you may get a few pepparoni on one side of the pizza, not all over, a table spoon of sauce that taste watery, little cheese at all.The chicken tenders taste like yuck the pre frozen Tyson at the store. The pizza at the other DW park is always great, the dough a hint of yeast and ample ingredients.Food is much better all around at the other park.We learned not to waste money at Splash, even the footl longhotdogs are awful.Long skinny weiner (which technically is a regular size hot dog stretched out a foot and served on a dry cold bun.And do not bother with the $10.00 milkshake from the creamery, it wont look nothing like the pic in the menu with all the whip cream and toppings, they just blended it all together instead .No quality control.

Everyone of 5 people thought their food was OK. My hamburger was seriously salted (perhaps a wild dash from a salt shaker on the fries?). Decided not to take it back, didn’t have time to deal with it. Prices as expected at any park, high.

OMG terrible cheeseburger! It was old and the patty looked like shoe leather! There has to be a place for food there.

People at the counter had to ring our card twice because they were nit paying attention and left part of my order off. Food is good but service could be better
