They are a great place to stop in and eat, whether you want a sandwich or a meal. They have a wonderful selection or sandwiches, wraps, desserts, chips, and drinks. The workers are always nice and friendly. I always enjoy going here anytime i can. Plenty of seating inside and out.

Absolutely love coming into this store! Staff was very friendly and polite! Store was clean and tidy! Had many clean tables to choose from. Floors were very clean!! Staff did not cross contaminate from money to food as I have seen done in Etown KY location. My trips to Louisville will consist of stopping at this location from now on! Jimmy John’s will always be my all time favorite! 1/22/25

We have been to this location about 5–6 times. Only once was my sandwich made correctly. I even had them repeat the ingredients to me. I enjoy their sandwiches — I just wish they were made correctly, that’s all.

I went on Saturday night 8/24/2024 I have never been to a Jimmy John’s before because normally when I eat out I like hot meal food. I seen the 10 dollar meal deal, perfect price for that by the way! So drink sandwich chips and cookie. The sandwich i got a vito was above average not a Jersey Mike’s but way better than Subway for the price. Had some good flavor the bread was kinda average. Chips were not my favorite they were weird kettle chips but not for me. Cookie out of this world good. The employees are why I’m writing this review. This was one of the nicest I’ve ever been treated in a place recommending things to have very friendly throughout the whole thing.

HORRIBLE! They messed up my husband’s sandwich, not once, not twice, not three, but FOUR TIMES. We finally gave up and could not enjoy our meal. We’re new parents and this was our only date night we’ve had for a while and you’ve ruined it. Not only could they not make the sandwich correctly, they were beyond rude and disrespectful, because we didn’t have a physical receipt, however, it’s was a MOBILE order and we were never given one. At this moment, I will NEVER go to a jimmy johns again. It was absolutely horrible.
