Today, I had the pleasure of enjoying lunch at Santiam Wine and Bistro. The ambiance and aesthetics here are truly special for Salem, offering a unique flavor that’s hard to find elsewhere. The French Onion soup was simply exquisite, and the mushroom lasagna was equally delightful. Pairing my meal with a glass of red wine felt like the perfect finishing touch!
I must mention that Courtney’s warm and welcoming service added to the overall experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, and I highly recommend this place to others

Classy, cozy, casual, clean. Good food, good wine selection, and personable owner and staff.
Fresh Dungeness crab chowder, and crab cakes are a favorite, but all the food is delicious and there’s always something new and different to try.
Definitely highly recommended. Nice enough for a date. Casual enough for a meeting of friends or family. Or just an afternoon glass of wine and a light lunch.

Wonderful place. Thoroughly enjoyed the Crab Melt and Chowder. Great selections of wines to have with meal, and to take home. Staff are very nice and helpful.

A hidden gem tucked away in a small strip mall. Hundreds of bottles of wine line the walls. Food is excellent, fresh, and well presented. Nice selection of soups, salads, and sandwiches at reasonable prices.

I love this wine store and bistro! I love their wine, I love their food, I love their cheap and cheerful six packs and I deeply appreciate how friendly and knowledgeable the staff always are about whatever I want. I have come to them with some unusual very specific requests and they always had right for the wine that is a perfect match. Plus it’s a locally owned business that has been in town for a while now, have hung in during the pandemic, and they deserve our support. Drop by to browse or to sit and enjoy their wonderful food. Tucked away and hard to find but worth the effort. Small place with big Wines and great food. Wine choices are many at all price ranges. Service is attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. There Friday night dinner and wine tasting is with reservations and a must do. Saturday’s are free wine tasting- need I say more?

We had a party of 8 here for lunch, our service was great and the food was phenomenal. It was quiet enough that we could all talk without shouting, but not too quiet that everyone could hear us. We had an array of sandwiches, salads, and cheese platters….all of them were great!!

Delightful atmosphere, locals hangout and fresh food. The citrus and rosemary olives and warm nuts are to die for! Prices are great. Ask for the daily house wine pick, you won’t be disappointed.
