Not just this location but most of them are being a little rude about the tip “pick one” as if they worked 30 minutes just to make you a drink or warm up something and still get it cold.
It is a little annoying when not even McDonalds or bk that be busy with crazy rush mandate a tip. I feel like first responders, road side service should be mandatory tip. But to make a drink that’s already almost $30 with three ppl it’s nuts.

The Barista’s here are amazing! Been going here for ages & if they see my name come thru the mobile app, and it is something way off my usual, they make sure to wait & ask if this was correct rather, because of my consistency. I only change from iced to hot and then in the fall my drink changes. For those customers that just pick up any food & walk out please stop! Buy your own or check for a name (you know who you are & what I’m talking about)…

Sometimes the food isn’t hot due to long drive thru waits, which this location definitely has. But there’s an easy solution – come inside! You can pick up mobile orders inside despite the app stating they’re drive-thru only, and the staff at this location are amazing. Whether you interact with them in DT or inside the cafe, they are so warm and kind. Briggs is the best, and I mean that with my whole chest. Keep it up!

This is my favorite store! They are always so quick and friendly, although they always appear so understaffed. I frequently go in the afternoon and there are only two-three employees, please give them more staffing.
The barista in charge with the green hair and fairy-esque nose piercing is always the kindest human being, I wish I had gotten their name but it feels too late to ask at this point. No matter how busy they are, they always make a point to say hi to me and we almost always have a brief conversation that goes way beyond the normal customer service pleasantries. This location seems to have a somewhat high turnover, I would be extremely sad to see this barista go.
Heard the store unionized, to any baristas reading this – WAY TO GO!

Had the best experience at this location ! My drink wasn’t made right at another local location and they were so sweet enough to remake it and take the time to talk to me about my experience!! Such great customer service, I’m sad I didn’t get their names do I’ve them a shoutout but the person had a cool nose ring !!!

Waited in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes, which is fine. Thought they may be understaffed. Finally got to the front of the line. Waited at the speaker for 5+ minutes without a “we’ll be right with you” or anything. Drove up to the window and there was nobody there, so tried to go into the store. Doors were locked with a sign that said the cafe is closed but the drive-thru is open. It was definitely not. Why not update the sign on the door and put signs around the drive through letting customers know the store is closed? Many customers waited in the drive through line for a long time only to find out they’d never get served. I’m sure this will continue to happen all day. Awful customer service!
