I never leave reviews, specifically bad ones as I understand that things happen, however, this location has sadly gone completely downhill. No greeting from employees and usually an attitude while taking your order. The counter stays a mess with items mixed up in the containers. I went today thinking my experience would be better but it was worse than usual. One employee stood with his back against the wall with his arms folded just staring as we walked in. Again, no greeting. My burrito was folded in a way that the insides were pouring out of the top essentially making it inedible as a burrito. They were running low on corn salsa and sour cream and instead of getting more, they scraped the bottom and barely put any on my burrito or my boyfriend’s bowl. Lastly, I paid $6 for guac and maybe 20 stale chips. If there is no serious overhaul here, this location doesn’t stand a chance.

Chipotle was running a BOGO event today and they refused to honor it.
Ordered a Bowl. Too little portion size. They were literally short of most of the ingredients (including whatever little Fajitas that they could get by scraping the bottom). The Red Chimichurri was not even filled with 40% of the container volume.
Never going to this store again.

Out of every chipotle I have been to this one is the worse. My husband and I ordered two bowls one with avocado, and one with queso. They made it a point today to not even go get more cheese to put into my husband’s bowl, as well as the sour cream was running low, and they didn’t even grab another one to give us more sour cream. I have never spent so much money as far as $30 something dollars, and had burnt steak/ chicken, and then on top of the little to nothing in our bowls.
When they took away the chipotle chicken this place has just gone down hill.

Normally don’t leave reviews but your automated services would not put me through to a manager. The lady working the drive thru window for mobile orders”The Queen” needs to be taught hospitality lessons. She’s rude and has no reason to be working with the public. My order was due at 1 for me to take to my wife for her lunch I showed up at 9 min till 1. Now me being me knows it may not be ready and I’ll have to wait a few minutes. No biggie. What is the big problem is being told rudely “well you’re going to have to wait” well duh! She slammed the window then proceeded to make order all while slamming them in bags. Right at 1 she got my order ready opened the window and handed it to me. I said thanks and she said nothing . All I got was a window slamming in my face. Do better people it takes less then 2 seconds to be polite if you can’t do it don’t work in service. I will not return to this location I’ll go to towers!

first I will say I usually enjoy eating Chipotle but last night when I visited the manager lady was working the line. I stepped up to order a chicken bowl was advised she did not have enough chicken for my order, however there was a cook right behind her cutting up chicken she saw me looking and stated that she could not take any of that chicken that it was for the drive thru line. I was puzzeled because to me a customer is a customer wither dine in or drive thru. we moved through that and came to the add on’s pico was out and she said very loudly I have been working since early that morning and has not had time to get anything caught up. I said oh she looked at me and said what eles would you like. I finshed my order but that manager needs a class on how to treat customers. I suggest you get her some help ( she did have 4 other bodies working) before you lose your business. I will not be retutning but good luck with the rude customer service.

Was told salad dressing was for to- go orders only and I couldn’t have it. Then was told they were out of it (yet watched them give two with a take out order). The they were out of oranges for a kids meal (they literally share a parking lot with a grocery store…. go get a bag of oranges!). Ordered drinks to go with both entrees but only one was rang up and when I asked for the other the cashier was shocked I wanted a drink and had to ring in another order just for the drink. Coke was out in the drink machine. No clean tables after already being mad. Then we finally sit to eat and they never grilled the kids quesadilla so I had to wait on line again and ask for the bare basic task to be done. While waiting in line round 2, saw another customer bring their half eaten bowl up and ask for more corn salsa. The worker used the corn salsa serving spoon to create a “well” in her bowl and then added the salsa. So now her saliva is in the entire bowl of salsa that is being served to other customers. Chipotle used to be so great on food and service….. it’s really sad to see it go so down hill!

Not to mention i had all of 6-8 pieces of steak throughout the entire burrito ohhh and where is my CHEESE & SOUR CREAM Taco bell saved the day otherwise I would of had a dry burrito. Chipotle Tanglewood Mall Roanoke Va was worst than horrible tonight. The place was filthy and the food looked rancid. We gave it a try and ditched half of it. They had a sign no ice but did not say every drink including their lemonades were hot. Seriously to have so many employees, how can the place be so filthy? We told them we were eating in and they put it to go. The drive through was busy and we saw what they dished out, someone is going to get sick! No way that place stays in business. Sad as so many of the restaurant there were packed.

Went to this location and they got my order wrong. When I said they’d have to start over (it was a salsa topping you couldn’t just take off), the guy behind the counter rolled his eyes at me. All this while a manager and some other guy are just standing around doing nothing. All this while some poor woman is busting her butt down the line. Would’ve written a more detailed review, but saw this location has a 2.4 rating and I’m not really sure my comments will matter. This location just appears to be awful.

This Chipotle was outright garbage. They gave me a bowl with the portions of a toddler snack, then acted like scooping actual chicken was some life-threatening task. The guy ran out and instead of waiting to give me a proper portion… he just slapped a full-price sticker on it. Embarrassingly lazy, cheap, and borderline insulting for a restaurant pretending to serve meals.
All these lousy reviews and management still can’t read the room.
