Selah serves as a communal haven for reflection and replenishment. In addition to providing Klā Sanctuary spa guests a space to land until they feel ready to take on the rest of their day, our lounge is also open to serve the general public. Selah, meaning “Sacred Pause”, was established to support our Kansas City community as we encourage awareness of the here and now through offering a reconnective moment in a cup through organic/regenerative offerings of tea, tea lattes, pour over coffee, and more!

I desperately wanted tea in this city full of coffee lovers and Selah did not disappoint. It’s a beautiful, sunny space with such kind staff. There were many quality teas at reasonable prices. I appreciated that they were happy to steep my tea (up to 3 x’s!) so not only did I get more bang for my buck, I also was encouraged to take time to enjoy the nuances of the tea as the flavor mellowed from that first cup. I am looking forward to making this a regular stop on my trips to visit KC.
