This subway is alright, but there is one main problem with it. Staff. There is usually only one person working (from my experience), and if there are more than 3 people waiting, you might as well go somewhere else. It’s completely unfair for this location to only have one person working. Don’t get me wrong wait times. Still, aren’t that bad but come on. Get 3 or 4 truckers in line and forget about it.

The sub came out good. But the fact that I was on the phone with my husband and could hear how rude these people were to him while he was ordering. I used to work at this pilot and I’m extremely disappointed and irritated that you can be so rude to someone ordering and paying for their food. Do better or get better staff period

We ordered salads as usual and they were in smaller bowls now. We had just a little spinach, chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, plus a scoop of guacamole. There was no seating and they were out of forks which we found out after the salads were made and paid for. The 2 small salads came to $24.62 WHAT!!!??! There was a special upcharge of $2.79 for each salad, plus extra for the guacamole and extra again for a small amount of cheese. That’s ridiculous, I can go to a fancy sit down restaurant and get a large much better salad plus a fork for less. I guess we were charged for not getting the bread for a sandwich. A sandwich would have had more on it. Very disappointed and probably won’t be going to Subway anytime soon. Used to be a go to for salads for us.

I coulda used some more toppings but i was in a hurry so i didnt make the poor new guy stressed as more people came in. But he was nice and my food tastes pretty good so i cant complain too much, would come back to use paper coupons again.
