This whole dominos experience had been awful! Basically took 2 days to put an order it. Online did not work and then when I called, I got a A.I bot and gave the order then she says she cant take a gift card payment! Connects me to the store and I have to start all over! And I get home with the food and it all looks burnt. The wings have squirts of sauce wow What a shame.

Yesterday I ordered the baked chicken alf. pasta and a steak sandwich. Sandwich was ok but the pasta was only half full with no chicken in it. I called and they sent another one it was full with 5 very small pieces of chicken and no flavor. The person who answered said they are pre measured?? I will not order again.

I called in an order for pickup and was told 8 to 10 minutes. Took me 12 minutes to get there and the girl at the register told me my pizza was still in the oven. So I took a seat and watched them through one after the other pizzas out, box them and slap the order receipt on the box. They were then put on shelf for pick up or delivery. No one paid any attention to the pu boxes so mine sat there for over15 minutes and I got an overcooked, cold pizza. Obviously it was ready for me when I arrived but the people behind the counter are so disinterested and in another world, they totally overlooked me and my pizza. Never again, Dominoes Pizza? Hire some responsible people who give a damn!

The person who cooked my delivery order tonight did a perfect job. All my pizzas were cooked to absolute perfection. I am leaving this review to recommend that whoever cooked my order tonight needs to teach everyone else at this location their process because I have never had such perfect pizzas from Dominos. To the cook: you have a talent for food, you could be a chef at a fancy restaurant.

Worst pizza I’ve had in a while. The crust is so tough you can’t really chew it. I asked for the pizza to be baked well done and they clearly overcooked it. It’s greasy, hard, and room temp at best. They forgot my sauce cup, which isn’t free like some other places ($1), and the brownie/cookie is oily. I don’t know what the quality check process is for if the employees don’t follow it. The only options to “make it right” on the website is a free pizza (no thanks, not if this is the quality you’re putting out), or 20% off my next order. Never getting Domino’s again.

They took my online order and delivered it down the street. My neighbor ate it cause he is a knuckle head. Dominoes offered me nothing no refund no resend. Guy basicly called me a moron and told me to walk down the street on the rain to get it. When I found it it was eaten.

It’s always a pleasure to shop at Domino’s! I used to always get the delivery until the pandemic hit, and then it became a pain in the butt lol! So this time, I did pick up, which is great ’cause you get the 6 99 deal for each item and guess what? They did, and they added an extra lava cake. Now you get 3, not 40 no. There goes the pounds! Thank you for being there and having such great service, great people and a great establishment. Fast service 10 minutes.My pizza was ready and I was on my way home!

This Dominos SAVED MY WEDDING!! Catering from Texas Roadhouse was freezing cold and undercooked- could not be served to my wedding guests. We ordered around 50-60 pizzas for 140 guests. The pizza came in UNDER 30 MINUTES!!!!! Pizza was fresh, hot, and so delicious. So grateful they saved my Wedding.

Ordered the Extravaganza and added jalapenos to it. When I picked up my pizza, all I received were jalapenos on a cheese pizza. They completely did not have the Extravaganza base as the order indicated. They had to remake the pizza while I waited but at least they gave me the original one that was incorrect.
