My first experience was excellent. We ordered spring rolls, Vietnamese egg rolls and pork ban mi. Everything was fantastic and very fresh. The dining room was very nice and very clean. The service was friendly and my order came quickly. Will definitely return. I can’t wait to explore the rest of the menu.

Our family of four wanted to try the new restaurant in the area, so we stopped by for lunch. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and is decorated very well.
We ordered a few dishes such as the rice plates, spring rolls and banh mi sandwiches. While the flavors were good, we all felt that for the price, the lack of protein in the sandwiches and rice plates was not a good value. There was hardly any pork in the sandwiches. You can get more for your money at other places around Cypress.
I hope that they read these reviews and make changes as I know they are a new restaurant and I would love for them to stay in the area.

Hear ye, hear ye, hear ye! On this day of December 20th of the year 2025, I here proclaim the Saigon District restaurant in a rating of new restaurants in Cypress either HIT or MISS…. A complete 1000% HIT!
Thank you, thank you, thank you to the owners and staff of this quaint, clean and friendly restaurant for bringing excellent and much needed vietnamese cuisines to the Cypress area!
I can say proudly that this place serves hands down the very best fried calamari that this dude has ever had, literally EVER in my lifetime. Let me be clear. I’ve had calamari randomly from places around Houston and it’s all been tasty yet not my go to dish of seafood to try. This place here made em so well that it changed my whole perspective on the dish. Here, it’s just as tasty as shrimp and compared to some shrimp offerings at other establishments…better.
In addition to the calamari I started my first experience here with some from scratch vietnamese egg rolls. Saigon District did not disappoint at all. I honestly can go there and just order those egg rolls and calamari as a meal on its own. Keep in mind everyone that there is a major difference from Vietnamese egg rolls vs other egg roles. I exclusively only eat vietnamese egg rolls because they are filled with my favorite…meat. No not just veggies.
Let’s move on to my meal. I ordered the filet mignon and rice platter. I had my rice subbed with shrimp fried rice as I wanted to taste the shrimp fried rice there.
I was very satisfied with my meal. The rice there is cooked to perfection however I prefer the shrimp on the larger side. These where tiny popcorn shrimp which to me lowered my expectations however didn’t effect my 5 star experience. I will just suggest to the chef to upgrade the shrimp to some fresh large shrimp. I’d rather pay more than settle for popcorn shrimp in my fried rice.
Overall, total 5 star experience and I will be returning for many more options that I saw being delivered to other tables.

This restaurant is an absolute gem! Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The banh mi was perfectly balanced
crispy bread on the outside, soft inside, and generously filled with fresh vegetables and savory protein that made every bite satisfying.
The pho was outstanding: a rich, aromatic broth with tender beef, fresh herbs, and just the right amount of comfort and depth. You can really taste the care that goes into the broth.
The shrimp spring rolls were light, refreshing, and packed with crisp greens and plump shrimp, paired perfectly with a delicious dipping sauce.
We’ll definitely be coming back!

The service was great. Very respectful, polite. The owner was very cool. The food was great, however, the Bun Bo Hue could have had more spice flavor-wise and maybe some lemongrass to boost the flavor. The Bo Ne was very yummy. The eggs were well cooked, the flavor was exceptional and the meat is pretty tender and quite flavorful. The egg rolls were, as the kids say, “bussin”. Egg roll were freshly made and served compared to others that only contain veggies with barely any meat. Very good.

My wife, daughter, and I had a wonderful experience at Pho Saigon district.
We both had Vermicelli bowls ( chicken & beef) and my daughter had the chicken rice. My wife also had a Thai tea that was made tasty with fresh jelly inside.
My wife has tried so many Pho restaurants but this is the one that she always comes back to because of the fresh, homemade ingredients that give this restaurant a stand alone taste and flavor.
Everything was made fresh and delicious just like they used to make it at the Hwy 6, Energy Corridor Pho Kim Kim location.
Cannot recommend this place enough to friends and family enough.
If you live in the Cypress Fair banks area you have to give this place a try!

Everything here was amazing, the food was excellent and the service was great. I got the v-bowl and it had tender meat, was very flavorful, and packed with toppings. I also got the Thai tea, it wasn’t too sweet and tasted very good. My server was Thy and she took great care of us. Everyone here was very welcoming and I’d definitely come back:).
