Tried this place for the first time a couple days ago. The food tasted great, but im giving 2 stars because I got two pizzas with two toppings each. And both pizzas barely had any toppings. There was only a couple pieces on each slice. Was basically like eating a cheese pizza. Not sure why I paid for 2 toppings on each pizza to get scraps.

Need to invest in rubber gloves and slice to go boxes. I have eaten here a few times. They stop delivering at 8:30 every night, even Friday and Saturday. Went to pick up a slice tonight and the kid handled it, and I mean struggled with it, with his bare hands. When I pointed it out to the cashier she said “oh it’s fine, he washes his hands”. I also asked for it heated up in the oven and they said “it’s already hot”. Not great pizza but even worse customer service.

Absolutely love Mama’s! They are friendly and their crust is simply *divine*. Best in Clifton Park in my opinion. I’ve had the same delivery driver each time as well and he is absolutely so pleasant, even last night when I ordered a pizza and potato wedges 30 minutes before close (yes I was that person even though I am in a customer service job as well). So I felt for them! But they didn’t seem to mind, and if they did hats off to them for their professionalism. Anyways, I cant say enough good things. Support your local small pizza shop and grab a bite from here, you will NOT be disappointed.

The food has been solid for years now. If you order the pizza we’ll done it gets a wonderful fresh bread like speckled crispy bottom. While unfortunately no longer availible daily, you can put in an order of chocolate cover cream puffs and they are absolutely fantastic.

UPDATE #2 (7/22/22):
Decided to order from Mama’s on a whim, and their food is EXCELLENT once again!!! The pizza was outstanding (dough was incredible). Boneless wings were delicious (quality chicken). Even their garlic bread was impressive! I’m THRILLED!!!
Update:
Sadly, something has changed (not sure if it’s ownership, employees, food sourcing, etc.), and the quality of the food at Mama’s has really declined. The pizza is now greasy. The subs are scant. Their service isn’t wasn’t it used to be either. Very disappointing because this used to be our go to for take out.
Easily the BEST pizza I’ve had anywhere in the capital region. Great selection of other food too. Prices and service are very good.

I grew up on this place used to live like 3 minutes away walking and today doordashed their wings for the first time in forever and they’re firreeeee. Best wings in the area and def the most affordable! Love this place ❤️

Best Pizza and Garlic Knots!!! Great customer service and great food!!! I am usually a hard critic on pizza but this place is hands on the best! Reheated my leftovers and still cheesy and fresh!! I will be making Mama’s Express my go to even if I have to drive 25 minutes away!! Thank you once again!! Amazing food!!
