Ordered 1 stuffed crust BBQ chicken,1 pepperoni pizza, breadsticks, root beer, and dietPepsi. Our order was delivered at 6:43 after the eta said 6:00. Our marinara sauce was smashed into our breadsticks, our pizzas were flattened, it looks like someone sat on our food. We got 2 diet Pepsi – so no pop for the kids. The chicken on the BBQ pizza was thrown on top and fell straight off when picked up to eat and neither one were stuffed crust. We called the store 3 times and it rang for 3 minutes before we got a busy tone but no answer either time.

No one will call me back on a delivery that was missing items and the one pizza was so overcooked and cold. So if I try to warm it up, it was brittle. I sent multiple messages in on the app called the store message the driver multiple times with zero positive results.

Got in my order delivered. Apparently, they only keep 20s to give you change if you pay in cash. So the delivery driver that’s literally less than 7 mins away got a great tip. Very frustrating, nothing makes sense about only keeping 20s for change.

2 Stars is a stretch, but they were trying. The pizzas were being cooked at such a frantic rate that they were not able to pull them from the oven and box them quickly enough, equaling 4 burnt pizzas for my family get together. Couple this fact with their inability to follow simple directions (cut in squares), and I’d say I’m pretty much staying away from this store. It’s a direct reflection of the leadership, or lack thereof. You can do better.

I placed an order at 4:00PM with delivery scheduled for 6:45PM. That time came and went with no delivery, and the order tracker on the website changed the estimated delivery time to 7:55. I tried calling the store multiple times (17 total) and never got anyone to pick up the phone. Finally an in-store called me to ask if I had cancelled my order, which I had not. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and sat on hold for 20 minutes before the line disconnected. Finally, at nearly 9:00PM, 5 hours after I placed the order, I drove to the store to find out what was going on and to get my money refunded. I didn’t get an explanation of what happened, or so much as a coupon. Just an oops, sorry. I can’t say I’m impressed.

UPDATE: After playing phone tag for a while I ended up having to drive to the store, again, to get my money refunded. They gave me cash, which was fine, but I don’t understand why they couldn’t just refund it to my debit card over the phone.

I sent my contact info and order number to the email address they provided, as instructed below, but it’s been a week and I haven’t received a response.

This is ridiculous. I got the bread sticks for my 2 year old son, and he couldn’t even eat them. There is so much Parmesan cheese on them I wanna ask if we can get some breadsticks with the Parmesan…

Ordered 2 pizzas, cheese bread and cinnamon sticks and they took the money out of my account. I was given a delivery time. That time came and went. I called several times. No response, and after an hour and a half I got an answer was told delivery driver should be pulling up. A half hour later still no pizza, money was gone out of my account I called and said I wanted a refund and was told they never finalized order. Shady, shady!!! Worst customer service, worst business practice, plus they are liars. By the way it looks, this is pizza hat’s practice on 1st Avenue. I would not recommend ordering online or directly. And when I called back up there they said we’ll 2 orders were being delivered to that apartment complex. That was another lie, because they said the order we placed was not finalized. But NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL AND SAY THIS.NO ONE SAID WE WILL MAKE A REPLACEMENT ORDER. NOTHING! AND I SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The restaurant was on 1st Avenue I did not get a receipt because the order was made over the phone but it was $28 plus change plus a $5 delivery charge plus $5 tip. But like I said never got the food was never even asked if they could replace the order, but they took the money out of the account
