I’ve visited MANY Jimmy John’s. Today was an exceptional experience. Despite being the only customer in the store, the guys working were friendly and had my food out quickly. I ordered the chicken ceasar wrap, as I usually do. This wrap had the perfect amount of sauce and croutons. One of the best ones I’ve had.
The bathrooms and soda area were clean. That’s important too.

Placed an order prior to the business even opening this morning at approx 7am, for delivery between 10:45-11:00. I’ve ordered many times before and never had an issue. Delivery was always on time or even a little early until today. I received notification my order was out for delivery. 25 minutes later it is still not here so I called to check on it. First person I talked to says they’ve never seen my delivery person’s name before, so new?? Then I spoke to a manager who says the driver may have taken other orders further away first but my order was listed first. Driver finally shows up, just strolling along the sidewalk like she didn’t have a care in the world. I went out to meet her and told her “next time deliver in order of placement and arrival time requested. Some of us only have so much time for lunch.” No “I’m sorry, won’t happen again” nothing.
Open the sandwich and it is complete mush. The lettuce was slimy. The “crispy onions” were just globe of sludge. This is what happens when you let a sandwich sit for too long.
I deleted my account. You won’t get my business again. Train your new employees better. In the future, when this will happen again to someone else, at least offer to comp a drink or something as this was your mistake.

They won’t toast a veggie sandwich. You have to order a meat sandwich and remove the meat to get it toasted.

Note to others, order in person.
I ordered on the app, checked in when I got there to confirm they had my order, then watched multiple parties come through, order in person, and receive their food before me. It took almost 30 minutes to receive my food, which was one regular sandwich. They also forgot to add hot peppers and cut it in half.
Freaky Fast should be dropped from the brand. You’ll have a much better experience going to Lenny’s down the street. JJ’s has gone downhill over the years.

Guys busted out a catering order super quick and had it ready to go 45 minutes early when I was in a pinch would definitely recommend these guys!!
