Grass Lake Pizza Time is a small hole in the wall location so it’s pick up or delivery only. Don’t expect much as far as ambiance but the pizza has always been really yummy. They usually dice their onions (which I prefer) but the taste is still the same of course. Fresh ingredients and a lovely crust. I would probably order mine well done next time b/c the toppings weigh the crust down but that is a good problem to have! Really quality pizza 🙂

Ordered a chef salad, 2 subs, and some garlic bites. The subs and garlic bites were phenomenal as usual, however highly disappointed with the chef salad. The salad was a great portion size but the ranch packets they gave me for the salad were almost 3 months expired. Did not notice the expiration date until after I already poured the ranch dressing on my salad and noticed it was discolored.

Great pizza! The crust is amazing and it has a sweet, lightly herbed sauce in which you can taste the tomato, and it doesn’t have a bunch of unnecessary spices.
The only dissapointment I’ve ever had is their Detroit style pizza. It’s not a Detroit style at all. It has no crunchy and angular corners (they need the REAL pans!), no crispy cheese at the edge of the pizza, and I don’t think they use oil in their pans. It’s basically a Sicilian style, not a Detroit!
Their Greek salad is always amazing. They use a great blend of leafy greens, no iceberg or romaine, and is always topped with a lots of feta. However, the Greek could be made better by using whole kalamata olives instead of sliced black olives. Overall, it’s a great pizza joint. Give them a try!

Food is good, but never listen to a time you are give for pickup. Over the last 2 years I’ve wasted hours of my life waiting . Half the time they don’t even start the order until you come in like they forget. And no, they have never compensated anything or even as little as sorry. Once again my order was supposed to be done 20 minutes ago, but they are just starting my pizza as I type this. It’s a Tuesday night, a lot of staff doing a whole lot of nothing.

We spent $49.00 for our food. Ordered 2 large New York style deep dish pizzas, large antipasto salad and large cheesey bread. What they call a large pizza is a small at Jets or buddies pizza or any other real pizza chain. Six slices cut so small. One of the pizzas was so over cooked the cheese was all burnt.The salad, I don’t know what they use for the greens, wasn’t lettuce or romaine it was nasty and wilted, hardly any ham, cheese or salami. Was told 45 mins for delivery, took 1 1/2 hours. We tossed most of the food in the trash, nobody like it. A frozen pizza from Meijer would have been better. Very disappointed, especially for $49.00.

We always order delivery and it is on time with courteous people and hot.
We had a glitch with the online delivery in which the the app ordered no cheese on 1/2 and extra cheese on the other. This happened twice.
The half with the extra cheese was great.
Both sides the crust was soft and tasty, The tomato sauce could be a little bit more aromatic.
I called to explain that our second online order arrived with only 1/2 cheese. The representative was very kind and concerned and ordered another pizza to be delivered.
That pizza was perfect.
On the whole, this store has great customer service, delivery service and great pizza.
Don’t hesitate to order, maybe be careful of the app.

Takeout is all you get but, what they put through the window is nothing less than exceptional. Pizza or grinders you will not be disappointed. Chicken Club or Steak and Cheese sub are wonderful. My wife likes the Hawaiian cauliflower crust. Me I’m all about the Meat Lovers. Oh don’t forget the Bacon Cheese Ranch bread a meal in its self.

Hand rolled dough and hard working employees. The workers inside the building are always putting in hard work and they’re not getting paid a lot to do it. Food is always hot and the cheese is always amazing. Give a decent tip and you’ll get amazing service! Don’t order $50 in food and not leave a single penny for them! They’re kids trying to make your food as delicious and presentable as possible, so show them that you care. Keep it up boys and girls!
