Great location! Staff are really nice! We got a cake for our friends birthday here and it was amazing! The only down side is they don’t have deep fryers so they have a limited menu but I love stopping by in the summer for ice cream. They have a few picnic tables to sit on outside and it’s a really nice area.

This is the best DQ!!!! My blizzard was full of candy and it was heaping out of the cup. This is nothing like I get at my local Hebron DQ. I’ll be back soon.

I ordered an ice cream cake last minute, the day before my nieces Wonder Woman birthday party last weekend. I called and the guy said he would have to check with his manager to see if its not to late. Without an issue, Hailey took my request. She had better ideas for the cake than I did and her input made the cake look awesome. She even offered to put star sprinkles that she had left over from the 4th, which fit the theme perfectly. This will definitely be my go to Dairy Queen for cakes in the future. & I 100% recommend Hailey. Excellent customer service & super helpful!

I purchased a brownie extreme blizzard, asked for added cheesecake. Once I got home and saw what I had, I was pretty disappointed. Ice cream wasn’t chocolate it was still plain vanilla, there wasn’t much of any of the brownie, chocolate, or cheesecake. I ended up picking out the pieces I found(was able to pick them out due to there not being hardly any), and throwing the rest away. This isn’t my first let down from here, this one was just enough for me to make a review.

This DQ is not bad, but doesn’t compare to the other one in town at Ameriplex. It’s not a full Grill & Chill, but all around I find the less care given in the making of any of the treats, including the high priced ice cream cakes. South Haven DQ honestly is the best around if you can travel a little further. I don’t mind paying the heftier price for the best ice cream cake ever to grace the entire earth, but make it right!
