We ordered online, it wasn’t until we got there, that we were told they were completely put of all bagels and out of another drink that we ordered… No biggie, but the food was smashed up… Like balled up in someone’s hand, crumpled, and thrown in the bag. The sandwiches were smashed worse than the cheeseburgers you get from Macdonald’s (which I didn’t think was possible). The staff was also pretty rude (what do you want, why are you here, kinda rude) I get that it’s busy, but slamming a drink in front of me that I had to reorder because you were out of ingredients isn’t my fault. I don’t recommend this place.

This Dunkin’ location is my go-to for a reason. The customer service is outstanding, the staff is always friendly, and the store manager is super nice. Mornings can be busy, so I recommend using the mobile app and allowing around 5 minutes for your order.

I ordered on the app, an avocado toast with bacon, which is 4.29 +tax. And they forgot the bacon and gave it to me cold. I was running late and I didn’t notice until I drove off. I wanted to go back but I was short in time. I’m very upset because I overpaid for the basic one that they offer with no bacon. With this economy it’s upsetting to go out and not get what you didn’t pay for. . The lady that gave him the food was sweet though. They do have sweet people working there.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I had to say something. I asked for an egg and cheese bagel, and also the $6 meal with the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel plus a sugar-free vanilla iced coffee. What I got was a complete mess. They handed me ONE egg and cheese bagel (no bacon), an iced coffee that only had cream no sugar-free vanilla like I asked and FIVE completely burnt hashbrowns. To top it all off, the bagel was so stale and rock hard I actually felt it hurt my teeth to bite into it. This was a waste of time and money. Between the long wait, the incorrect order, and the awful food quality, I won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

The Dunkin’ Donuts location serves as a convenient rest stop along the road, conveniently situated within a gas station. The Turkey Sausage, Egg & Cheese sandwich on a croissant and the hash browns were thoroughly heated, ensuring they were piping hot, fresh, and devoid of any freezer burn or other signs of improper storage. The food quality is satisfactory.
Regarding customer service, I observed that the staff responded promptly to customer requests, even minor ones. For instance, they accommodated my request for a cup to assist me in providing me a disposable cup so I could stir my medication with water. Additionally, the store was maintained in a clean and organized manner.

The service generally blows. If you are a drive thru person you get priority over people inside. If you do a kiosk order your likely to have your order set on the mobile rack and just be standing there waiting. Very common for the wraps that are pre-made to still be cold in the center as well, almost reminding you of a hot pocket. They need more or better staff.

Don’t stop at this location unless you’re alright with waiting in the drive thru for 30+ minutes, on an order that’s already made. I understand being short staffed and not being able to take orders inside but unlike other locations simply putting a sign up at the registers the genius in charge decided to lock out the store, forcing the walk in orders to the drive through, wouldn’t be a problem if this store could operate a drive through efficiently but alas they can not.

This used to be the prime Dunkin’ Donuts to go to before 2021. Great staff, the drive thru folks were all super nice and the service was consistent.
Not sure what happened after that but the service and quality has stalled incredibly. Long lines, most of the time they are “understaffed” and close up the walk in area. This place 100% needs to hire people that actually care. The orders are never correct now, the food is burnt, the drinks aren’t correct. The list goes on.
