I would rate -10 stars if I could. I just bought a sandwich and the lettuce on it is straight up rotten and the tomatoes look questionable as well. DO NOT EAT HERE. You’ll end up with food poisoning. I’ve never had a problem with a Jimmy Johns until this location. Absolutely Foul.

Dry and rock hard bread have been the last three experiences for me. I used to like Jimmy Johns because it tasted fresh. The last three times it’s been burnt and rock hard bread. I guess I’m done with Jimmy Johns. I can pay $10 for a fresh sandwich elsewhere.

Have ordered delivery 4 times from this location. The first time my food was wrong. The second time the driver forgot my chips and drink. The 3rd time, the driver forgot my drink. The 4th and final time, I specifically asked to make sure my order was right since they screwed it up 3 times prior. The driver was incredibly rude to me, (older guy in an Buick) and my drink was wrong. I called the store to ask for a new one. Girl who answered the phone was somewhat understanding, and sent the same driver back who proceeded to insult me for my drink choice, and made more rude comments under his breath while walking out. Food was very good, however the service was god awful. Will not be returning or ordering delivery again based off how poorly they treat their customers.

The sandwiches we ordered tasted fine but when my mother (who is kinda picky) wanted lettuce on half of her sandwich, they acted like we asked them to crack a raw egg on it. It is apparently “against policy” to put lettuce on half a sandwich. Obviously this fancy was too schmancy for them despite from their posted signage.

I love the sandwiches and won’t stop getting them, but your driver on 23rd St Missoula Mt, was screaming profanities at cars in a 25mph school zone where students had just been let off. Three cars deep looking for pedestrians to cross. Big black pickup truck, with sign on top of it. Shame on him if it’s his attitude, shame on you if you are rushing drivers up near school zones.

I love Jimmy John’s! I have been there countless times since they opened. I do take-out. They are incredibly fast, very friendly, & the sandwiches are always great! The ONLY time I was disappointed was also the only time I remember going inside to eat. It’s very tight quarters, very few seats. To be fair, we got there just as a small sports team walked in.
