French fries tasted like old burned oil and were overfried. The burger came without tomate lettuce onion etc, but the weird thing was that when I ordered in the tablet the only options was to click if you DON’T want tomato, DON’T like onion, etc. So I dis not click because I want all of it in my burger. When he gave me the burger I said where is my tomato onion etc, he said you order the wrong burger, I said can you please fix it, he said but you need to buy water. So, this is my first time struggling to order a simple burger and that customer is required to buy extra stuff to be fixed. So, I did not enjoyed the food neither the service, too pricy for what I got.

Over priced but it’s an airport so what can you do?
The avocado burger was fine, but the bun was cold and the fries were unseasoned. They didn’t have salt/pepper available unless you wanted to open a utensil package, which is a shame.
Unfortunately for you, if you’re reading this, you’re now playing a game to find the least crap option in the terminal and there are no winners. May the odds be in your favor!

Review I was craving a burger during my layover, and I’m so glad I stopped by this custom burger spot at New Arc Airport. I was genuinely surprised by how good the burger was! The flavor of the meat was exceptional—juicy, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. The bun was soft and fluffy, complementing the burger beautifully.
What impressed me even more was how quickly my order was ready—it was served piping hot in no time at all. I tried the mushroom burger, and it was absolutely delicious. The mushrooms added a rich, savory touch that took the burger to the next level.

Poor customer service . Was yelled at by the person that was cooking the meat. She yelled “ no” with a stank face when I asked if she could warm the bun. I asked why and she said “cause we don’t do that” Right now she’s yelling at another customer. Must be standard here lol

We were hungry during our layover and decided to go for custom burgers. The service was poor. After ordering via the tablet, it took a very long time for our burgers to arrive because the staff worked very slowly. The fries and burger patties were already cold by the time they arrived.
Unfortunately, not a good choice.

I’m not sure how I got scammed at the airport, but that was quite the experience. The young guy working early this morning asked me to pay in cash and I was hesitant but said sure as he made it seem they couldn’t put it in otherwise. Then I realized everyone else was able to pay with card once they said they didn’t have cash. He ended up charging me “$9.92” for an $8.00 sandwich that then took 20 mins to come (of course didn’t even offer change), it came cold even though I was the first order in at the time, and then they didn’t have the breakfast potatoes which I specifically asked if that was available before I ordered. I asked for a receipt and he said their machine was down.

Traveling through the airport on a pretty slow day. The chicken strips were fried perfectly and had a wonderful texture. French fries were good. Barbecue sauce is the ticket. We did add a little salt because it was lacking but beyond that top-notch.

Ordered the Impossible burger w/ crinkle fries. Took about 5-8 minutes and you order on the kiosk or scan a barcode only. Just gotta order at the right time.
