Service was really slow even though there weren’t many customers at that moment.
The food was the worst for sure. Me and my husband both got the jalapeño and pepper jack burgers. I took two bites and couldn’t eat it. It was so gross. With the second bite, I got a mouthful of grease. My husband didn’t even want to eat his at that point since his looked exactly like mine. Definitely won’t be going back.

Much better experience yesterday than the last time I was here! When we arrived, the place was spotless. We were greeted immediately. The employees behind the counter made eye contact and were so friendly. I even noticed while we were sitting down to eat that the cashier behind the counter was taking an elderly woman’s order and she was taking the extra time to explain things and try to help her modify her order to her liking. The food was perfect. I literally could not ask for anything to change to be better. It was hot. It was fresh. It was tasty. Our whole experience yesterday was five stars.

Well my daughter and I were in the area and decided to to have sit down inside to have a good lunch. We walked in felt the blistering cold air inside and walked right out. Went through the drive thru were both out orders was completely wrong. No I have to go inside the blistering cold again to have the sandwiches remade. This was my second time eating here, and while the first visit was great, my recent visit was disappointing. The burger was fine, and I enjoyed the onion rings until I got to the last one. When I bit into it, something was off. I opened it up and discovered it was undercooked. Given my sensitive stomach, this was quite unsettling.
When I called to express my concerns, I made it clear that I was not looking for a replacement, as I had already eaten everything except my ice cream. However, the manager I spoke with—whose name I didn’t catch—responded in a dismissive manner, saying something like, “I’m sorry to hear that, thanks for the review.” This response is unacceptable for a restaurant that I thought might provide a better experience. I had hoped to find a new favorite place, but now I’m left feeling very disappointed.

Rush to Freddy’s in Covington so you can pay $37 for two meals and get cold fries that are not even filled to the top. Met by a younger girl that didn’t even smile or say hi… just handed the food out and made us feel like a burden for having to ask for napkins and ketchup.

I’ve been to a few Freddy’s and seeing this one only had 4.0 stars make me believe it was like the others o had gone to, but it wasn’t. Thos by far is the best Freddy’s I have visited. The service was fast. The food was hot and fresh and the restaurant was clean. I will definitely be back.

OK place to eat just make sure if you don’t like your meat red let them know you want extra cooked besides that everything was excellent. The food is great here and it’s nice and clean.

Its 12:47 Sunday Dec 28th and I ordered a steakburger and was halfway through eating and noticed something hanging out my burger, it was some kind of plastic, I’m not upset or even going to raise a fuss I just thought it was weird and sucks because I really wanted to finish my lunch because I’m on lunch break

The hamburgers were thicker than the last time I went and the bacon was crispy as bacon can be. Today around 11:30 the person on burgers needs a raise.
The fry cook though. They can stay the same pay. The tots were hot but oil logged and the french fries were cold as the weathers been at night the few days.
The Dr pepper fountain drink tastes good today as well. They deserve a raise for consistent taste.
