We were charged $40 for two sandwiches, fries, and extra sauce. We received one sandwich, fries, and no extra sauce. We tried to call, and no one could answer. It was a bot. We got no receipt, no satisfaction, and the food wasn’t even that great. Bland fries. Ripping me off and I can’t even get a refund. Or talk to a person.

We ordered door dash from here and I got the philly loaded fries. The fries were cold and hard. The steak was burnt and really fatty and there was more onions on my fries than anything else. Nothing was fresh and it definitely wasn’t as tasty as I thought it was going to be and not worth the money.

No signage, it’s actually inside another restaurant as a ghost kitchen. This made me late to a meeting trying to find the place. Then when I did get back to my office they gave the the wrong sandwich. Which with the time it took to figure out where there were, was cold and gross. But the fries were good. Won’t go back. Not even to the restaurant it’s hosted inside.

Guess I should have looked at reviews before ordering….mushrooms on my sandwich AND loaded fries…I didn’t order mushrooms because I’m allergic to them. Brownie bites were missing. Order showed up in IHOP bag and IHOP cups…can’t rate the food because I can’t EAT IT. Doordash said they couldn’t reorder because of a computer issue. NOT HAPPY

Left the “caramelized” onions on and added mushrooms
Upon getting my food
Not only is it on a bun like they claim
(It’s on non toasted greasy af bread)
No mushrooms
Steak and cheese instead of Buffalo chicken
Dry and bland (almost choked )
The cheese for the fries wasn’t in the container
And it all arrived in IHOP bags and containers
No stickers on the lids to prevent the driver from tampering with it or anything.
Not worth the money

The food is very good. It was one of my favorite places until I decided to visit the restaurant and they told me that they can’t take orders or accept cash. So why do you have a store? That’s why you set up the business in your house ♂️

If you want to make your cheesesteaks better, and stand out as a “cheesesteak place” use cooper sharp cheese.. thin the steak half of what you have.. and halfway toast the bread.. thinner/softer, the better.
