Stopped in to get a coffee and they won’t serve from loby??? So basically unless I want to try to get my trailer through drive through i get no coffee? Yet more than enough people to simply take an order and hand out but they won’t, just lost a loyal customer

We walked in to get s snack and drink. The gas station and Tim Hortons did not look clean. I used the restroom and it looked like it had not been cleaned ever. E we stood at the counter for Tim Hortons looking at the 5 donuts they had in the case but no one ever came to the counter to take our order. After a minute passed my son and I both said let’s just go. To be honest the cleanliness turned me off from wanting any food from this Tim Hortons.

Not quite sure how you toast two bagels then decide to put two tops together and two bottoms together then call it good. You would think this is just a random occurrence that probably never happens. Well you would be wrong to make that assumption. This happens about 30% of the time. Ordered vanilla lattes got regular lattes which also happens a lot. So I decided I would do the review thing. At this point I think they are trolling me putting two the bagels together like this every single Monday. Come on guys.

My mom went through the drive through and whoever was working today around 4 pm (was a younger girl with dark short hair) had by far the worst customer service I have ever seen.
She was very disrespectful to my mom when all she asked was if they were still serving breakfest sandwiches (because on the screen outside they still had the breakfest menu up, and have made one before for my grandmother) we have been coming here for year every morning, and in the evenings to pick up my grandmother food. Never had service like this before.
She gave the worst attitude at the window and didn’t even acknowledge us at all, and didn’t put cold foam on one of the drinks, so my mom asked for it to be put on and again… gave the worst attitude and never said anything at any point. My mom was in the right to tell her she was being rude and her response was “well, who orders a breakfest sandwiches at 4pm”, and continues to talk back to my mom. For someone who has been in the service industry for almost 15 years, I have never seen anything like it.

I could not believe the major price increase on an extra large coffee. Now $2.62. Pretty sure it’s the highest price in the state right now. You can see that by using the app. A couple of months ago it was the lowest. I never thought I would see the day where I can actually get a Starbucks for less than a Tim Horton’s. Prices are set by the store, not corporate.
Update – one year later from original post. Coffee prices in line now with rest of the state. New for 2023, and not sure who is to blame, the store or corporate. One of them has reduced the amount of egg and sausage you get on a bagel now while prices increase. They will say inflation, but the unit cost is the same pre-inflation, while the selling price is up, equating to double the inflation rate. Inflation is primarily where you get the SAME product you did two years ago for a higher price or less product for the same price. We are getting double-whammied. If I can get a crack at the accounting records, I could tell you exactly how they compare to the inflation rate.

What a damn joke!! I go here at least twice a week. The customer service is terrible. They never get the orders right. When I finally went in and wanted a refund or for them to re-make my order because of their terrible service I was treated like crap. There was a young Mexican girl, just probably out of high school, who was very rude and didn’t realize I was still in the store and started talking crap about me and lying. So I confronted her and told her to tell the truth and stop lying. Told her to do her job right and there wouldn’t be issues. I am usually very forgiving and very nice but that day I was very upset at how I was treated. I even went into the store and apologized because I was upset over the speaker in the drive-through lane. And when I was in the drive-through line, I really wasn’t even that rude. She Acted like it was my fault for coming in and trying to get a refund or to remake my food. Even the manager. Next time you start talking shit, make sure the customer is not in the area and also don’t lie about it and tell the real story. I have been coming here for 6 years. I am over this Tim Hortons in Brooklyn I will never be here again!

The Brooklyn location offers the friendliest, most competent service I’ve encountered in a long time. I’ll go out of my way to get my caffeine fix from them just for that reason. All of the staff have been consistently polite, efficient, and accurate. I never encounter long wait times, no matter the time of day. Never received an incorrect order. Whatever they’re paying these guys and gals, they deserve a raise.

Waited in line 30 minutes. Coffee tastes like hot water with some cream in it, and my bacon, egg and cheese english muffin has no egg. Mcdonalds is just up the road, go there.
