Ever since HTB was established in 1986, we wanted to redefine fast food and deliver a better burrito experience. At 21, Founder Greg Maples served the kind of food you might whip up in your kitchen. But, he did it fast! The locals LOVED the fresh flavors as well as the hand-crafted, customized food. As the awards piled up, the lines stacked up! We quickly learned there was a real hunger (pun intended!) for a better burrito! If you think after twenty-five plus years, we’d rest on our laurels, think again: We’ve retained the same energy, enthusiasm and commitment that made us a pioneer in the healthy eating movement. We promise to provide a warm, welcoming place where you can eat full-flavored, fresh, local and healthy food.

A Friendsgiving celebration on Wednesday was made perfect by High Tech Burrito.
The Burrito Pack was ordered and considered delicious. The ingredients were fresh, and guests could customize their meals. The setup was easy.
The customer service was exceptional. The manager helped carry the food to the car, making the pickup stress-free.
For group events, the High Tech Burrito pack is highly recommended, as the experience was fantastic!!!!!

We were heartbroken when one of the locations (Novato) closed, but we were so happy to find another still open(Alamo) — even if it meant making a special trip. This place holds such a special spot in our hearts. My late husband first brought us here years ago, and coming back was a beautiful wave of nostalgia. It felt like honoring a memory that means so much to us.
And Kevin, he’s been there for years and is the definition of loyalty and exceptional customer service. His kindness, consistency, and warm personality make the experience even more special. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares the way he does.

We ordered bowls, I’m a vegan, my companion is not. We both got great food. The service was very good for an order at the counter. Our server Solomon offered great suggestions and was a delight.

We did the catering option for a party. We have done this before and it was great but on this occasion one of our guests noticed mold in the cheese pot which meant no one wanted to eat the cheese quesadillas we ordered for the kids.

Burrito is fire. I got grilled chicken with everything on it and a wheat tortilla. Perfect. Their salsas are also flavorful.
They add random stuff to their menu occasionally. Stick with the Mexican and you’ll be happy you stopped by.

The navigation for configuring the menu items does not work properly. This website will not work in my favorite browser. WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER THE AMOUNT OF TIP CHANGED FROM MY SELECTION TO YOUR VALUE AND COULD NOT BE CHANGED. THIS IS VERY UPSETTING. I AM LEAVING A COMPLAINT IN GOOGLE.

This place always saves the day when things are running late and the team is hungry. The spicy salsa is totally fire so beware. The staff is friendly and super accommodating to small tweaks like one of my kids not liking cilantro or onion on his tacos (I hope he grows out of this too). The flavors totally hit the spot. Its very easy to order and pick up. They do have some outside seating but I wish it was more lit up.

Ordered a Baja Burrito, chicken. I was very cold and mushy and I do NOT recommend it. The Chicken didn’t taste like chicken and was not eaten. After two bites I realized that it was cold and not what I had hoped. I was ordering the street chicken tacos but stopped going there because of the quality (in my opinion) It was a Thursday around 8pm so maybe they were closing or something. But this has happened several times. Sorry, but going too Baja Fresh from now on. They are better; get chips and salsa with your order. Danville location..
