Came here 2 days ago for the 1st time, & I enjoyed my fresh food, and had a great time with my kids! We enjoyed a pleasant atmosphere, the setting is tropical nicely covered in plants and bright inside. It’s a kid friendly restaurant that’s for sure waitresses are super friendly, & we’re welcoming of my kids! Unlike other places that can have less temp. With kids, & make u feel uncomfortable immediately! Since we really enjoyed it, we are now back on a Saturday & we are hungry looking forward to new foods. I definitely recommend the fish tacos and the tacos al gobernador 10/10 for both of those two tacos keep up the great work Islas

We consistently enjoy our visits here, and my husband particularly appreciates the fillet en panisado, which he finds to be exceptionally well-prepared. The cocktail is satisfactory; a touch of ketchup and Tapatío enhances it considerably. I wholeheartedly endorse the fillet en panisado.

Prices went up significantly, 3 shrimp tacos and a coke for $18 when the same meal would cost $12. Food is good, I would wait for taco Tuesday at Mr. Taco down the street.

Enjoyed everything about this establishment. Too many things to mention. The live entertainer was fantastic. Food fantastic. Even made a friend with a gentleman who noticed my hat brand for our auction company that sells cars and equipment in redlands. Great place.

The micheladas were good, service was good and overall good ambiance. I ordered the shrimp cocktail and it was warm and not very tasty. I also ordered a shrimp and octopus tostda and the octopus was very chewy. Usually the spots I eat mariscos at the octopus isn’t so chewy so I thought that was odd. The shrimp taco gobernador was good and my mom enjoyed the 7 mares soup.

Ordered a shrimp cocktail to go and it was as hot as soup, not just “warm”, it was heated up. It was disgusting I had to go back. Initially they said they served hot cocktails to go and as I was leaving it was an order “mix up”. Regardless I’ve never heard of hot cocktail soup, the avocado was mushy and the hot cucumber was not much better.

From the outside it doesn’t look like a place I would stop n eat at but once I walked in, saw & smelled other people food I was SOLD!
Way better than I thought it would be! The fish ceviche was great the jalapeno l ih me sauce that came with was FIRE!
Definitely a must try!
