Went today to get an order of 2 boxes of hot n ready and while I was going to pay I saw a paper note from the company saying due to shortage of pennies it will be rounded if paying cash, while I was going to pay I pulled out a roll of $10 quarters and a roll of $5 dimes and rejected me on the spot due to managers oreder ok got change into dollars, while waiting they had
the audacity to laugh and mock me while attending other customers while I was in front and while I paid the person who attended me was laughing and giving me the wrong change not ounce but twice and I think it would get anybody mad and will never go there again

got a slices n stix which comes with a sauce. was told it doesn’t and although i kept showing them where the box literally says it comes with sauce, the so called “manager” kept telling me i was wrong and that i was not getting a sauce because i already had all my items in hand. i wouldn’t have left this review if i hadn’t found out that all slices n stix do in fact come with a sauce.

2:35pm 1/23/26 check cameras Manager Santiago and his co worker hide in the back when I came in to buy a pizza they occasionally looked at me and laughed , another customer walked in ,Manager heard the bell and still took extra time before coming to charge us , losing profit over stupid behavior i wonder what other customers got this treatment and left

The crew there are nice and they always have pizzas ready. Today I decided to get the lunch deal they have which is so worth it for $5 which has the pizza and a 20oz drink so worth the price.

Very professional staff at this location. From recommendations to assisting with carrying out my order. This staff was endlessly helpful. The pizza is an obvious great choice. However I am not partial to the wings. The buffalo sauce honestly just tastes like black pepper with a very mild almost non-existent hot sauce. But they make up for it with other food choices, such as their Cookie Dough Brownies.

First time using Little Caesars pizza portal and I am very impressed. Ordered my pizza on the app, received an email when my order was ready and received a qr code to scan. Arrived and scanned the qr code and the pizza portal opened automatically with my fresh and hot pizza and crazy bread. Well done Little Caesars. Thanks for making it a positive experience!!

Ordered 2 pizzas online and given a pickup time. Arrive 20 mins later than the time set to give buffer time. Pizzas are not there because they were given to someone else. On top of that, my options are to wait or get my money back because it was my fault the pizzas were given to someone else. Then I ask for a manager which I get an 18 year old kid who is also cooking the pizzas. He pretty much told me to pound sand. Worthless people. So I ended up waiting like half an hour until they could remake the pizzas. As I’m walking out, another person is having the same argument as I. They wrongly gave her online order to someone else.

I keep custom ordering pizzas since the new football season started and they have yet to disappoint in making it just as requested. The wait is worth it as they add the right amount of toppings to each pizza and make some epic Italian cheese bread. I wish the wings weren’t so hit and miss, it’s gotten to the point I just make my own at home, otherwise the pizza and bread sides are swanky.
I would recommend avoiding the dessert options as they portu9ns are small for the price compared to the cookies and pies you can get in the other stores in the same plaza.

I was on a long trip and was ignored for 30 minutes here. I said excuse me eight times. I was ignored each time. Once I got attended after 30 minutes I was hit with a 20 minute wait time. What happened to hot and ready? I left the store imminently. My family lost sunlight light on our trip. Get more hands in your store.
