I really enjoyed my meal at this place, the Peruvian flavors were delicious, especially their pollo a la brasa and the stir‑fried dishes. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. Their fried plantains were top notch, but overall it’s a great spot for flavorful, casual Peruvian food and worth stopping by if you’re in the area.

This is the best chicken in Utah. Truly incredible they cook it on a wood stove and marinate it over night with something like 20 different spices it’s truly incredible. The day after I first tried it I had to come back in again because it was so good.When something’s that good you gotta run in back. Also the chicken rice and plantains are dairy-free so great for people with diary allergy. Also the attendant there is so kind he should be recognized for is great service

Amazing. Tried this place for the first time!! The man there walked me through the menu and told me how everything is made. And let me tell you…SOOO full of flavor. Not like other restaurants where food is frozen. Everything was made fresh!! He said his spices come from Peru too which is awesome!! I live in Brigham City and was out there for work. I will definitely be making that drive for this place for sure!!

The service at Fuego is always spectacular! The food is delicious, made with love, and always fresh and hot! Make sure you get the plantains and don’t forget to get extra sauce because it is the bomb! We love our local businesses and we need to continue to support them, so they can stay here! I went here with a Peruvian for the first time and we were both very well pleased about how good and authentic the food was. Their main dish is the Pollo a la brasa. This was very good and juicy.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The only downside is the inside does not have a lot a decor and can feel a little sad. We were the only people inside on a a friday night at 7pm. I was scared it was not going to be good, but just was an empty night.
The service was strange. They brought us food once, but made us walk and get our food later. They also only have one place for napkins which makes it hard if you need more later.

First time trying Red Fuego, a new Peruvian restaurant in the heart of Sugarhouse. This is a quick service restaurant with great, classic Peruvian dishes! The restaurant was clean and staff was welcoming. We ordered the Tallarin Saltado, pollo a la brasa, lomo saltado, huacaina fettuccine and sweet potato fries. Everything was great! The chicken ok the fettuccine was a tad bit dry, but the flavors were great overall. I would definitely recommend to give this a try for some great Peruvian food!

There were only 2 orders including us waiting for food. And we waited a long time for our order. Our order didn’t even come all together. We also got our order before other people who ordered first than us and we got more food. When we got our food it’s cold. And they offered to microwave it rather than giving us fresh food. The food was nice and seasoned but it’s a horrible experience over all. Cold food inside, cold rice, and service was not satisfactory.
