The food is amazing, this is the only place that you are going to find this taste it’s delicious, be careful though if you order a large meal it will be 20 dollars but you’ll get 2 burgers the size of a double Q lbs with cheese at mcdonalds, a full basket of fries and a delicious cup of cheese, more than enough cheese trust me for the fries and a large drink, more than enough food for the price for sure. The customer service was also decent, they seem like good people.

I love Mr. Hero Cheeseburgers for the last 30 years. I live in Cincy so I don’t get them as oftenn as I like. Stopped at the Avon Lake restaurant and it was really lacking. Very dry, lacked that special sauce that I love. Not sure I’ll be back anytime soon.

Ordered mozzarella sticks and fried pickles and watched the girl take them out of the fryer after 1 minute. Went I took a bite they were both raw. I understand trying to be fast but that doesn’t matter if the food isn’t cooked properly seems like a food safety violation. Won’t be eating from this location again for as expensive as it cost I was disappointed to say the least.

The store was clean. I was greeted immediately. I did not wait long at all to be serviced. Service was SPECTACTULAR. It was smooth, polite, accurate and could not have been better. My food was hot when I got home, neatly packed and organized, the food was beautifully made. One of the greatest experiences I’ve had eating out in a long time. I’d have taken a picture but I was starving and it looked so good.

I used to enjoy the Roman burger so I went in Mr. Hero for one of my favorite sandwiches. It was horrible and I paid for it dearly by getting an upset stomach. What happened to the quality???? I also got a hot buttered steak for a friend – that was inedible. In addition when you buy a regular sandwiches you get a bacon cheeseburger for $1. It looked terrible I just through it away. I want my money back and reimbursement for the Tums.

We ordered to go. 3 sandwiches. Two were 7 inch tuna and for at least the second time, there was very little tuna. This sandwich used to be worth the money, but I don’t know if they were running out or have new quite lines. Either way, the sandwich is lacking. I got a Roman burger and it was good. The lobby was closed but clean. Overall, 3 stars. We will ask for extra tuna the next time.
